Tuesday: Whatcha eating/doing?

Hey Annette back when I added protein to my coffee the best for me was the Ready to Drink Ones.  My current favorite I find at Costco I believe it's Premiere...I have only found chocolate but I hear they have vanilla as well.

Oh Lola...I have so much to explain. Its early morning here in Austria and I have not had breakfast yet. I will CONFESS though that there has been some naughty treat almost every day of my trip.  Wine, croissants, pasta, swiss chocolate, beer, crepes, pizza. Vegetables have been hard to come by and when I had some grilled zuccini the other day I was in heaven!

However, I have been walking, walking, walking, EVERYWHERE. I hope its enough to balance it all out.

 I am doing the pouch test. I am on day one and I have had 2 click protein shakes, water, water and more water and some cream of chicken soup.

I have exercised at least 30-40 min a day since the new year started. 

I have taken my vitamins today.

I wanted to eat my atkins mocha crisp bar so bad today, but I resisted. It will still be there for me next week :)
