Wednesday: Whatcha eating?

Happy Hump Day!  I have actually been busy working today as I prepare for all my staff and 85 students to return next week.  It's been a nice break in the craziness of my life. 
So, today is day 3 of the 5DPT for me.

Here is my intake for the day!

B: Coffee (5) 
S: chili soup (12)
L: Tuna (10) 
S: Protien drink (30)
D: Tuna (10)
S: Protein drink (27)

oops I forgot I have 1/2  a cup of my greek yogurt dip also.  YUMMY! (10)

Water: yep (I have been doing really well with my fluids this week)
Vitamins: need to take them
Exercise:  probably a 1 or 2 mile walk with my lil man while he rides his bike.

S:  1/2 Lindora Bar w/coffee
L:  1/2 cup Jambalaya; 1/2 cup quinoa
S:  Small Apple; String Cheese
D:  Denny's with friends (gonna check their menu)

Water:  4 cups
Vitamins:  2 Multis; 1500mg Cal Cit; 1000iu Vit D3; 20000iu Vit A; Hair Vits
Exercise:  Some video or other...

Eating?  With our small tummies?  NOTHING!  J/K

100 cal cookies with coffee

B:  All Bran Cereal with non fat milk

L:  Brown rice 1/4 cup, chicken skewers 4oz, and green veggies 1/4 cup
D: I'm not sure.....

S: Ummm....I think 1 tbl spoon peanut butter and a cup of non fat milk...yummy!
