Terrific Thursday: Let's Eat!
Morning my Cali peeps! Whatcha got going on today? I am on day 4 of my 5DPT and going strong. The scale finally moved and I am really excited.
So here is what I have planned for the day!
B: Coffee (4.5)
S: Protein drink (20)
L: Ground beef and 1/2 cup greek dip (30)
S; protein drink (20)
D: fish?
water: shooting for 100 oz at min
vitamins: will get them all in by bedtime. :-)
Exercise: hour run tonight
Next?
So here is what I have planned for the day!

LNS: Popcorn ... could have EASILY done without this one
LND: 4oz chicken breast with salad & 1/4 avocado
B: Protein Shake (they are just EASY morning thing)
S: 1/2 Sandwich (1slice bread, ham & cheese)
L: 1 cup 5 bean turkey chili
S: Small apple & string cheese
D: Pork Chops; 1/2 cup broccoli
Water: 6 cups
Vitamins: 2 Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit; 1000iu D; 20000iu A; Hair Vits
Exercise: 30-60 minutes treadmill (depends on the crowd at the gym)

Here is my plan:
B: Coffee (2 cups)
S: Muscle Milk Light (vanilla creme) 1st time I tried this. Very, very tasty. Will defenitley buy more
L: Fajitas (beef strips w / bell peppers & onions)
S: Cheese snacks
D: Taco salad (I hate not having the fried shell, but I am adjusting well)
Water: will start after lunch, promise to drink at least 4 bottles b/4 bedtime
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Will walk about 1 mile tonight. (Gus is really on me about this - LOL / JK)
PS: BTW I ordered some Inspire & Nectar Protein drinks last night. Should have in a few days as I am looking to up my protein intake.
