Greetings all,

Well its that time of day to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember everything counts....... From walking the dog to vacuming the house. The important thing here is that we just keep moving.

For me, I went to the gym this morning for my fitness evaluation with the personal trainer. I will tell you that I am a wimp . He made me do some things that I didnt think the human body could endure. But I found out were my weak points are and gives me the target areas that I need to concentrate on. My shoulders are very weak and really need a lot of work. But all and all I survived the workout and feel pretty worn out.

I am dealing with a possible Mal-Nutrition issue now and really dont know what to do. Waiting for the doctors to get back with me to address it and see what is needed to be done. Anyone ever have to deal with this? Would love to hear how it was handled.

Have a great day all...........Rick

Ah yes I understand! My personal trainer likes to refer to what she puts me through as "waking up the muscles" - that's one way to look at it!!! It looks like I'm going to have to postpone getting my 24 Hr. membership until next month but there's nothing I can do about it...Anyway, I'm moving to lose tonight with Billy Blanks' Ab Bootcamp DVD :)

Have a great day Rick and tell Susan hello from me!!!

I have a slight headache and I'm hoping it goes away by the end of the day so that I get to workout.  It's no fun to be exercising with a headache ughhhh

Today I plan to do 45 minutes of cardio and workout with weights.

Well, I walked around walmart for about an hour, then walked to get the mail at our apartment, which is quite far away. I had surgery this past Thursday, so I think I did decent for walking today.

Yes....you do!  March 21st will be here before you know it.  When you need encouragement, just remember what your last marathon with NO training felt like!  :-P

It's been a pretty good weekend for me as far as getting back on the horse goes (thanks for the analogy Gene =D ). Today I did 20 min of yoga and 10 mins of martial arts. Feel full of energy!

Have a great day,

Yesterday I walked for 2 1/4 mile.  It is nice to have my son on this side of town so I can walk to his house.  Today my girlfriend went shopping all afternoon.  I am tired.  I also need to vacuum tonight.
It is nice to have some new poster here today!
