Did you "Move to Lose" today
Greetings all,
Well its that time of the day that you tell all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember every little thing counts..........From walking to the mailbox or running a 1/2 marathon.....Juat as long as we keep moving.
Wow it was so cool to see all the new faces starting to post yesterday. I am glad to see more and more people starting to move to lose or even just to maintain.......
For me, well I hit the gym again today and did what the personal trainer told me to do. I did my normal 30 mins on the treadmill, 30 mins on the bike and did the full circuit training on the 8 machines but increased to 3 sets of 15 instead of 3 sets of ten and WOW what a difference. I even increased the amounts of weights per the instructions.
I CAN FEEL THE BURN

Awesome workout. On Monday I did 35 minutes on the eliptical and did the most stomach crunches I've ever done since post surgery. I didn't do weights because I did those the day before. Tuesday was nothing because I worked from 9 am to 8:30 pm. Today I am going to throw on the tennies and walk to and from a meeting I have at 7 pm. It's not a ton of exercise but equals around 1.8 miles of walking.
Tomorrow I am back in the gym for 35 minutes of cardio and my head to toe weight regimen.
