Wow you look so awesome now I would never have recognized you from the before picture. I thought LB Coffee was 4th Saturday of each month. Is it the LAST Saturday of the month? Just checking.

I was so jazzed when Leisa and I weighed this morning. We both lost 6 lbs this week. Our weigh in day is Wednesday.

Wow Jean,
You look amazing, and even though i have known you the whole time, I just don't remember you looking soo big. I find that I can no longer even identify with the old me; What about you? I used to tell people right off that I had had the surgery, but now I feel that I am the new me, and I don't have to share the old me with everyone.

You are so inspiring; keep it up and see you at the end of the month. Happy Best year of your life,
