So sorry to hear.  I'll throw out some ideas...hopefully one may stick.  For iron ****il the doctor's appt.) you might want to get some Ferro-Sequels.  It's a high potency iron supplement...My WLS surgeon mentioned this brand for people low in iron.  Don't be surprised if you need an iron infussion (IV).  Some people who are low in Vit D take up to 50,000 international units (IU).  I think DSers have had problems with Vit D, but RNYers have the problem too.  Some sunlight can help...don't go hog wild.  Concerning Vit K...dark green vegetables.  You may want to Google Vit K.  I'm thinking frozen cooked spinach...for all 3...D, K, and iron.  Just talking outloud.  Brian  PS  Eating the color of the rainbow in your fruits and vegetables might be good too.  I do that because of the malabsorption and not knowing what may start to come in low...

I would recommend contacting Vitalady (Michelle). Her website has many excellent products for both RNY and DS patients. She had RNY herself.  While she is not a doctor, she has become very well informed about the vitamin and supplement problems faced by both RNY and DS patients and is generous with her advice.
Another thought, if possible, would be to contact your bariatric surgeon. Many pcp's have little or no experience with wls patients and minimal training regarding nutrition, and will not know much about how to help with these problems.

You might also want to have some dialog with Andrea U, who has had similar issues and has also become a very well-educated advocate.  If you have difficulty finding her, look in my friends list.
