Yeah for you!!  Tonight I am thinking about doing a "Kwando" class at the gym.  No clue what it intails but hey I might check it out!

You'll be surprised how sore you'll get because any changes in my workout, I find that I have new muscles and am sore for a few days.

Well that's just GREAT.  I'm redoing the Couch to 5K and I did my first "run" for 3 minutes, I can't believe I did it and neither can my body =)
