I have protein bars with me at work, in my purse, protein drink mix in my desk even carry beef jerky all the time. However there are some days and not too often that I get to the office and I am just buried. Yesterday was just one of those days.
Thanks for picking on me though, Gus got a little excited and decided to have some popcorn. LOL
I did much better today. I even had a banana for breakfast, but before dinner I managed to get in 68 grams of protein. (nanny, nanny, nanny).
I am trying very hard to get back to tracking my food and water and back to walking.
You know?? If I had a dollar everytime I heard that!! You may know this already!!
But this is the time for you to be working your tool to lose as much weight as possible!! Because after a year it become much much harder to lose weight and very easy to gain!! Time is running out!! But you know this right??
