Did you begin your day with exercise or will be exercising later?

I did!!!!  I got to the gym this morning at 5:45AM....Check this out.....The times I've been getting there in the morning, THERE'S PEOPLE LEAVING THE GYM!!!  That's so crazy!!!!!!

Today I ran for 15 minutes...Used the rowing machine for 10 minutes....and did cycling for 30 minutes....I then ended my workout and stepped into the steam room.....Awwwww it was nice......I feel good and look great!

What the H*ll you doing at the gym that early?? I was at the gym at 5am!! Before they could even open the doors!! Weight, spin class and a quick run outside!!!

Well Jill, that's the problem here, Gus & Kevin are not normal people.    But, we love them anyway.

I am joining my hubby in the garage tonight to walk on the treadmill while he rides the bike.  Like a normal person as well.  I don't do mornings very well.  It takes everything I have just to get up and get to the office in time by 8 am.

I took the kids for a walk. I have 4 dog, that go in 30 different deriction. I count that as my walk and cardo work out.

The walk was a mile round trip

So far I am just starting with walking....noticing I can walk a little farther and a little faster eacth time I go.  After surgery gonna do more weights.  But I love the feeling of challenging yourself and then setting goals and achieving them...I haven't in four days (had an injury) and it's killing me, ready to get back out there tonight!
