Long Beach Coffee THIS Saturday!!

It's my MOST favorite time of the month.  The LAST Saturday when we get together and hang out.  Postops, Preops, Noops etc, come one come all!!

What can you expect?  A bunch of folks ON the journey to better health hanging out, drinking coffee and chewing the fat.  We usually have clothes to exchange too!!

Hello Everyone, now it is a "maybe" for me attending LB Coffee.  It will depend on whether or not I go with my hubby to the mountain cabin to visit the grandkids and help (more like watch) with a piano being moved out of cabin's 2nd floor to a truck.  Although I would love to see my granddaughters, I think it would be less stressful if I did not go because hubby and son will probably have their own ideas as to how the move should take place and the kids will be running around and etc.
I guess I could go and help watch the rowdy girls! 
I guess we will all know tomorrow whether or not I attended the LB Coffee.
