Conejo Valley (Thousand Oaks area) Support Groups?

I live in Newbury Park and would love to hear about any support groups in the area, or even in the west Valley. Anybody?

I'm ok, haven't lost since December despite low-cal diet and lots of exercise so I guess my body is done. Trying to figure out a way to have plastics now. Still haven't seen any local support groups, but I'll keep my eyes open for you
