Question about pre-op day eating

Any suggestions on eating today so as to be in best shape immediately post-op==i.e., to minimize abdominal gas? I'm first on the schedule tomorrow. Thanks.

Hi Elizabeth, I'm not sure if it made any difference but I decided to do a liquid fast the day before surgery. I didn't experience any gas pains after surgery but about two weeks out had a really bad bout which actually took about a day to get past. Good luck tomorrow. Mary Lou
