Nuts
What I keep in my pantry...These I will get at either the big box stores or at the local health food store: Dry roasted peanuts, plain walnuts, plain almonds, plain sunflower seeds, plain pumpkin seeds, roasted soy nuts. Sometimes I will mix them all with raisins, alot of Cherrios, wheat thins, triscuits, Go Lean Crunch, and banana chips into a mix I will nibble on through out the day. Just small amounts...But I am a pretty active person so I am able to burn it off. Brian
Everyone is talking about those soy crisps. I am going to go to Trader Joes after work and try them out.
I wonder what the carbs are in them???
