Job update!!

So, I met with the Gaming Commission lady today and she said it looked pretty good. She needs me to fax her all the creditors that are going on our bankruptcy to be able to finish my licensing! And then I will start with a provisional license until my bankruptcy is discharged, which doesn't really mean anything as far as getting the job goes.
So, I'm waiting for Pacific Law Center to get back to me to help me get the list of creditors together so I can fax it to her. The bad news is it probably won't be in time for next weeks orientation, so I will probably have to wait one more week, as orientation is only on Mon. and Tues. UGH, frustrating and I'm not looking forward to this bankruptcy stuff that I have kind of been putting off. I guess it is a good thing that it is forcing us to go forward with it! My hubby is totally against it, but it is WAYYYY necessary!!!!!
So, it looks like I got the job, I just have to do a bit more leg work and waiting!!!! So, WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!! (I think it is ok to be excited! lol)

to everyone for all the prayers, good thoughts and vibes, crossed body parts, and oreo eating!!!! It looks like they worked! I will keep you posted if there is anything new!
gotta jet off to watch hubby bowl, but I will be back later tonight!!!!

bankruptcy isn't so bad. I had to do it a few years ago and my credit score still is in the good range. Congrats!!! on the new job. I think you can get excited now. I am so happy for you.

I don't know why my hubby is so stubborn about it. We have probably over $100,000 worth of debt, what else would we do??? HELLO!!!! lol

$100,000.00 in debt?!?!?! WTH?!?! I thought I was bad with about $15,000.00 (that's including my car loan). I'd definately br filing on the $100,000.00. Good luck with the BK hunni... =)

Yup, it was already bad with my re-pod van and all the credit cards, and then I had 3 strokes without insurance!!!! SUCKS!!!! We have never been smart financially and I'm bound and determined to change that!!!
