It's Whacky Wednesday Weigh In

Good Morning.  This week I am down 3.5 pounds.  Went and rode the bike a bit last night and then came home and crawled into bed.  Poor Joe is working 13+ hour days and it's hard labor.  Then, trying to sleep during the day - He's just not getting enough sleep.  So, today I put the dogs in the kennel, and set the phone to auto-pick-up so it won't ring at the house and just goes to machine.  I also turned the machine down to mute.

Tomorrow is pre-op and then lunch with mommy and daddy who have not seen me since before surgery!  This should be interesting.

Off I go.

Good morning everyone!  Today finds me one pound up.  I blame Tom's Farm.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it!   Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Good Morning everyone!

I forgot to weigh before I left the house AGAIN. I will try to remember as soon as I get home! I think I am stalled though, I hadn't been getting enough exersize and I have slacked on that lately too, so I need to get off my booty and kick it into high gear soon!

I hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning, Cali peeps!  I am down .8 lbs.  I am having a really hard time with carbs and snacking right now.  Yes, I snack a whole lot less at a time than pre-surgery, but I'm still snacking.  I'm getting those head-hunger cravings!  Although I did have a success on Monday.  I was at a small quilting group where we had a potluck, and (silly me) I had set up my sewing machine next to the food table.  I only ate good stuff (well, except that small bite of Greek bread) and didn't go back for seconds or snack in the afternoon.  I didn't touch the Kahlua cake that was getting everyone else tipsy ("****faced" is how one woman loudly discribed herself!).  I was pretty proud of myself for that one.  I'm not making time to exercise, though.  I have to find a way to make that a priority!

Enjoy the day!  Carol

Holding steady at 128!

Gonna try to go down one more pound so I can safely feast at Thanksgiving! Now, that would be a WOW moment!

I have my 2-year follow-up the day before Thanksgiving... I'll let you all know the report! How's that for timing?

My brother's having a fully blocked artery cleared today. Coronary angioplasty or stint placement. They worked on him on Monday and feared the blood thinners. He's always been the 'slim' one in the family. He said he's off the fried turkey from now on.

Take care all,
Kim
