Gawd I love sleeping!!! I slept until the alarm went off...how cool is that...another day! Makes for Ms. Johnson to be a happy camper!

Today is my Friday....woohoo...a nice big 5 day weekend....I'll take it.

I know there is going to be a lot of hustling and bustling in your lives right now with the start of one of the major holiday,but remember what Thanksgiving is about...it is to give thanks...it is not to stuff your face....hate yourself and feel miserable.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on those you love and be with the ones you love if at all possible!

I bid you all a great day before the real maddness begins...take a deep breath...and celebrate your wonderful self and your wonderful lifestyle!

WooHoo its Friday for me too! I took tomorrow off to take Sam to get some type of diagnostic injections in his spine and also lil miss Sammi is have a "Thanksgiving Feast" at lunch at her school so I will be able to enjoy that with her. I signed up to bring a fresh vegi platter.

Today is likely to be slow at work on one hand. Everyone gearing up for the Holiday, and a little busy for me on the other as I have to prepare all my stuff for my boss to cover me.

i woke up hella early today.. i keep on having bad dreams uuurrrrr...i'm just sitting here having my coffee.. i have plans to go to my grandma's house for turkey day.. there should be alot of people there and no one except my grandma know's about my surgery.. i think i might keep it to myself for right now though.. i don't want any negative feed back from my cousins... i can just hear it "you took the easy way out" that ****** my off to no end .. cause it is not the EASY way out...
so i'm making some food for the whole family that i can eat too.. watch everyone is gonna love it and they won't know it's sf and ff.. hahaha lol...so i can't wait for turkey day .. the only problem i have is my bf is not going , he has a different religon and doesn't celebrate any holidays.. but that's ok cuz i do and i'm not gonna miss out because of him... but after we get married he better start going to them holiday events...
anyway i'm gonna go i hope everyone has a great day...

You could tell him that Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate our fall harvests and to be thankful for what we have.....all religions and none religions do thankful and grateful stuff......

I am so happy that you have been able to sleep the last couple of days and today is your Friday.  I wi**** was my Friday, but tomorrow I'm only working half day so that isn't too bad.  

After work today I need to stop by the store to get all my Thanksgiving trimmings.  Were having my daughters, son-n-law, and the grandbabies over for Thanksgiving dinner.  Then after dinner my son-n-law is going to show us how to make tamales??  I won't eat them, but it will be fun making them. 

Then of course Friday my daughters and I will do the early morning shopping, not that we need anything, we just do it for fun!!!  I know were crazy!!!

Good Morning All!  Today brings another day of rest and relaxing and recovering  I slept ok last night  Woke up 3 or 4 times to peeeeeee!  Gotta love the 10# of fluid they pump into ya.

Not much else happening here.  Just chillaxin in my chair.

I'm with you Janine, I love to sleep!  A drag when you're a kid, but now, can't wait to hit the sheets!  LOL  I work the whole week, except for Thursday of course, but will work on Friday, but it'll be very quiet at work, I can get a ton of stuff done that requires concentration!  I fasted recently to get myself on the downhill slide and it worked, and continues to, I was pretty much just doing my shakes 3x a day and bam, about 10#s came off, pretty soon I'll weigh what it says on my drivers license.  lol Anyhoo, someone had given me a really pretty shirt in my fav color purple and when she gave it to me, it was still a bit snug.  Since I've dropped a few #s since then, I tried it on yesterday and it fit!  Wahoo! And it was a size 18!!!  I haven't been an 18 since 1988 and started my current job.  I'm a happy girl!  Ya'll have a great day and keep those thankful thoughts going all year round, not just this week!  xo Kim

Today is a beautiful day.  I am on my way to go hiking for the day with my husband and I just can't wait.  No kids just the two of us, so we get to cover some grouund today.  Pray that it does not rain until after our hike!  The scale was good to me this morning, but I will post thet tomorrow.  Kim great job on the 10 lbs.  I can't wait to see you next month at the L.B, Coffee.  You are goig to look amazing.  I do need to get a new Avatar, I will have to ask Steve for some help as I just can't figure it out.  Well my darlings, I am off to climb a mountain, hill, rock, what ever places itself in front of me today I am going to climb over it!  lol.  Talk to you all soon and If you don't hear from me ina week or two send out a rescue party.  Have a happy day.
