Hey Everyone,

Well, I got home last nite and chad only took out enough chicken for the dog!  hahha  So we just made do with leftovers!  I had made a bowl of lentils from trader joe's in the microwave, but chad at them..  so I had some of a polenta cassarole, also from Trader Joes, and it wasn't all that good.. so didn't eat a lot of that.  Had some of the zuchini from the night before.. and was full..

and now I'm realizing I didn't take out anything to defrost for tonite.  I will either call Chad, or pick something up!  Who knows!  Another mystery din din!  hehehe

How bout everyone else?  Whatcha eating?

When we were in town, we stopped at our favorite Thai place and did takeout.  I had it today.
Eggplant Tofu Basil.  Very good.

Thanks for letting us know you didn't like the TJ's polenta.  I was eyeing it. lol

Its Sloppy Joey's for us. We changed the name from Sloppy Joe's to Joey's since my step-son's name is Joey. He thinks its cute. lol

Mine wont be so sloppy, since I get to eat mine in a bowl, lol.

I splurged.  Arby's beef, chedder and bacon sandwich, 2 curly fries.  Since I have no appetitie for anything and the nutritionist said to go with what I could get down for the next 2 weeks, that was it.

I can't wait for our Trader Joe's to be done.  February 2009.

I am just beginning my journey.  I will be going through Kaiser for my surgery.  I live in Susanville, which is just over the mountain from you, so I wanted to say hello.

Off to Starbucks for the chaser before we're off for an evening of iPhone geocaching!

Hub cooked up some chicken breasts. I had a half with some leftover turkey gravy. (relax...we freeze cup portions and thaw as needed.) Ate salad for lunch, so I am not feeling bad about no veggies.

It is 7PM now, which is my "no more eating time" so I won't indulge in some hi-protein cereal tonight. Maybe the scale will tilt a little to the left tomorrow. :)

4 bites of tri tip
corn on cob
1 bite chibata bread

That was what I had.  My stomache could not take anymore of the tri tip nor the chibata.  It loves corn for some reason.
