Wow it is nearly 8 in the morning and no one has made a post? You guys must either be sleeping in kind of like I did or out already in the craziness of shopping!

Hope you all had a great day yesterday no matter what you did and today....well it is going to be a great if you make it that way....look for silver in the lining kind of thing and know that you have the power to chart a course for a good day!

Good Morning.  I am getting ready to run out the door.  I am going to get the rest of my goodies for Taco Soup.  It is cold and drizzly here.  I am still cold from my tow truck ride (lol).  I am mad at the dog this morning.  He chewed up Lindsey's strappy slip on high heels.  He knows he is on notice he looks at me and slinks away.
Please remember Luana.  I have a strike team going to bring her a care package to make sure she is eatting somewhat.

Morning everyone!  Well, about this time yesterday is when the pic that I just put on as my avatar was taken, hopefully it's showing up.  My brother and his wife came down for a wedding last night so we got together with one of our cousins for breakfast at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.  It was so good!  So, the pic is from left to right, our cousin Janet, Tim, brother Jerry, myself and peeking thru in the back is my sis in law, Vicki.  Came home, took the girls to a vet appt, love the new vet!  Came home, put some Christmas lights up and done for the night...lol  Today, off to church, and then meeting a former co worker of Tim's for lunch for her birthday and she hasn't seen me since the WLS, so that will be fun...lol 

Prayers have gone up and will continue to for Luanna's sister.  It's so emotionally draining, the up and down of it all, I recall when our Mom was ill...it's just awful and my heart and prayers go out to Lu and her family dealing with this. 

  And I'm loving all the sweet Christmas cards that are arriving...I need to go and get some stamps at Costco and get mine out tomorrow!!

I am on the sleeping in side or rather just playing catch up as Jordyn decided it was play time from 3 to 5am.  So we slept in had some breakfast and its on to chores before grandma arrives.  We are going to get Jordyn's first Christmas tree today.

Well, I survived the crazy madness at work last night! It is truly amazing and kind of sad what people will endure for a slim chance at a share of $10,000!!!! Not something I could do, but hey, whatever floats your boat, it gives me a GREAT job!!!

Good Morning.  I can't believe it is already Sunday and it is back to work tomorrow.  Yesterday was a 11 mile run and I can't believe it was not that hard.  Although, my arches in my feet are killing me.  I am going to go see the Dr. about it because the longer the run the more they are going to hurt.  LOL!
Life has been kinda blah the last few weeks.  I think it is the time of year.  I have been here lurking and thinking about everyone just not writing a lot.  Lil man and I put up our Christmas tree and lights in the apartment. Christmas is not going to be much this year because I have no money. I will get a few things for lil man and of course Santa will visit my house.  So, for me I don't have to fight all the holiday shoppers. 
I am really excited as I put in a vacation for the 25th of December and I won't return to work til the 12 of January.  I need it.  I really do. I will be going up to the Monterey area for a week to see my uncle and to scoop out the area as I plan on moving up there next year.  I am really excited.

Good Morning Janine and California!

I slept til 11!  San Ramon wore me out!  I'm working on a trip report.  I'll post it when it's done.

Suffice to say I had a wondrful time meeting everyone, made some new friends from our board; Marcy, Jenn and Lara!  The talks were great too.
