What's for Dinner?

Renee is MIA tonight so I thought I'd pick it up and run with it!

Tonight was Pot roast in a baking bag, red potatos and baby carrots with an onion in there for flavor.  And, add gravy on top and mmmmmm.  I had 4 hungry big boys (they were out getting a load of firewood) and me - the scrawny bag of bones (according to my hubby) for dinner. 

I had several bites of lean roast, and some baby carrots and 1/4 of a red baby tater.  Yummmmy.

So, what's on your menu for tonight?

Instead of running through a fast food joint.  I went to the grocery store and bought some pork chops.  I had a can of these Glory Seasoned Turnip Greens...so that's my dinner
