Thanks!  I had originally started my process with Kaiser in San Francisco, but they require the classes too.  I'm glad I switched, that's for sure.

From my orientation to my class it was about 2 1/2 months.  It would have been 2 months but I wanted an evening class.  Like the other poster said, research your options cause Kaiser does cover the DS, VSG and RnY.  Good luck to you!!

Thanks! At the orientation they told us it could be anywhere from a month to a year...I will be researching all my options ;)
