Its the LAST Whacky Weigh In Wednesday of 2008

Heck we could all get together in one place and play her CD's and watch her videos on TV.  For that price -- ouch.  I wanted to see Rascall Flatts this summer at Konocti but at $125 a ticket for bleacher seating - forget that.  (I just went and hung out on the lawn area with my girlfriends and had a picnic

I'd be up for CDs and videos!  Much more in my budget.
I love Rascall Flatts but bleacher seats for $125, forget it.

Heck, we could add Rascal Flatts CDs to the mix and have a double header! LOL

OMGosh!  I just looked at the price of tickets!  I had no idea concerts had gotten so expensive.  $375per person, she better serenade each person! lol

I'm looking good and feeling even better.  I am up 2.4lbs from last week and I'm just fine with it cause what I wanted more then anything was to loose anything from Thanksgiving to the end of the year and I succeded in that goal!!

I am down FIVE POUNDS this week!!!! Apparently the extra work of moving was what I needed to get the scale going again! LOL

No big plans for us tonight, we bought some champagne and are going to stay in, work on setting up the house, and celebrate together!

Good Morning and Happy New Year's Eve California!

Happy to report I am back up to my fighting weight of 207 this week. 205 - 210 is my goal range and I feel best there. So MamaBear Janine you don't need to come out here to San Bernardino and force feed me after all!

I have the WWW spreadsheet up on my screen and I think you all will be pleased with the total for the year. I know I have been fascinated watching the number grow week by week. Watch for my reveal post tomorrow morning folks!

D and I have a low key NYE planned for tonight. Will be spending time with the family at Mom's. After sweeping 2008 out my front door (literally!) this afternoon I will be raising a toast to 2009 at midnight and sending a prayer up for a much better year to come. Tomorrow is a New Year brunch at Mom's again and undecorating her place in the afternoon while watching the bowl games. So that's our New Year plans!

Wow - 2008 is almost over - hard to believe....so for me I am actually down 3 lbs this week - can you say WOO HOO. 

More good news from me....I had my consult with Dr.Richard Lee yesterday for my plastics....I LOVE THAT MAN.  (thank you Naomi and Heather for sending me his way.)  and...drum roll please...  My plastics are scheduled for Jan 29th... yep - in a month...  I am scared, nervous, excited - all rolled into one.  That man has the best bed side manor and is so awesome....  THen this morning I have already gotten a call from my PCP and Dr Lee called him yesterday (already) and my pcp is faxing a letter to Dr Lee this morning and he is totally supportive of my plastice and... I will get to come off the COumadin a week before surgery and most likely will NOT have to go back on it... Yeah.  Because of the signnificant change in my body and my life style I am no longer at great risk for blood clots.  Not like I was when I was super morbidly obese and had decreased mobility.  Since I have changed my life and my body I get to be off of the blood thinners.  Although I will have to take low dose lovenox (blood thinning injections) for a week post op because of the decreased mobility thats ok....to be off of the coumadin is a god send to me.  I have to say that I attribute so much of my success to the alkaline water that I drink every day.  I KNOW that because of the water I have done so well and Healed so well after RNY.  Kangan water is a life saver.....(if ya want more info PM me) it rids the body of all of the acidity that causes so much problems and makes the body more alkaline and healthy.

Ok done rambling.  I just have to say that 2009 is for sure going to be an awesome year....I love you all....all of you that have given so much suupport and concern and help and everything.  I have made so many awesome friends here...I just don't know what I would have done the past  year without all my OH peeps.
