It's time we bid farewell to 2008!  I don't know about you but I've been blessed this year.  Blessed to have met so many of you who have touched my life and enriched it.  Blessed to just be here, struggles and all.  Goodbye 2008, welcome 2009!

B:  1 pork tamale
S:  1/2 muffin
L:  Chicken & Onion Casserole
S:  Cheese wrapped in deli meat
D:  ??
S:  Ok you know whose counting, 2008 is over I'll be snacked up and drunk =)

Water:  7 cups so far
Exercise:  4 miles after work
Vitamins:  Mult; 1500mg Calcium; B-12; Hair regime...

B:  protein chocolate soy nog shake
S:  nothing
L:  dover sole with 2T De Cecco Pesto alla Genovese
S: 
Fage with 1/4 C blueberries
D:  protein soy nog shake

Water: 24 oz so far
Exercise: 30 minutes running on the rebounder, 20 minutes weight lifting
Vitamins: B-12, multi, calcium, iron

I don't eat!!! Yesterday kind of brought it to my attention, so thanks Shell!! Happy New Year to you!

B - Starbucks decaf skinny latte 

s: 2 hard boiled eggs

s: 1/2 protein bar

L: Greek salad w/lamb, (lemon juice, salt, pepper as dressing)

s: the other half of the protein bar

D:  party goodies, not sure what will be there

 

Vitamins - done

Water - not very much so far, I'm still trying to eat

Exercise - dancing til midnight counts, right? :)

Ahhh yes the non-hunger.  I eat on a schedule or I wouldn't eat either =)

B:  1 cup yogurt
s:  cashews
L:  (why do I bother with left-overs?  I have an 85% fail rate!)  Leftover hamburger caserole.  Stayed 5 minutes!; green sf jello
S:  who knows
D:  Turkey and all the fixings!

Water:  60 oz in so far
Vitamins 1/2 done; 1/2 after dinner
Exercise:  (hey, I got out of bed today - what more do you want?)  It'll happen tonight - 6 miles on the bike going nowhere!
