B: most of a protein plate from starbucks (grapes, cheese, hardboiled egg, whole wheat mini bagel, peanut butter)
S: stretched my protein plate out all morning
L: craving chicken nuggets from McDonalds (a RARE occasion for me???) so I will probably have that
S: probably wont have an afternoon snack, since I will be eating a late lunch I think
D: I haven't taken anything out, but I am thinking roasted chicken and some oven roasted squash?
Water: Abysmal, maybe 30 ounces so far today
Vits: Left without them this morning, gotta take em when I get home
E: walked up my new hill at home this morning! may or may not get more in later, have lots of unpacking left to do!
