That's right like Janine reported it the weekend (for many)!!  And I for one am partying tonight!!  Good TGIF morning yall!!  I'm just blessed to be here and on a mission for 2009 to get my LAST less than 30lbs off...yeah baby!!  Without further ado...

B:  Carb Master Yogurt
S:  Click (espresso protein

S:  Deli meat & cheese
D:  Ummm well fried foods and alcohol

Water:  10 cups so far
Vitamins:  Oops I forgot them, but will take them later
Exercise:  1 mile walk on break

B: starbucks breakfast sandwich: low cholesterol egg, reduced fat turkey bacon, reduced fat cheese  (ditched one-half of the bread)

s = hard boiled egg

L = I think I'll get a chicken thigh at el pollo loco

s = half apple

D = turkey meatloaf, veggies....steamed broccoli I think.

water = 20 ounces so far

vitamins=done

exercise = none today

Good Morning!

Lets see here...

B: most of a protein plate from starbucks (grapes, cheese, hardboiled egg, whole wheat mini bagel, peanut butter)
S: stretched my protein plate out all morning
L: craving chicken nuggets from McDonalds (a RARE occasion for me???) so I will probably have that
S: probably wont have an afternoon snack, since I will be eating a late lunch I think
D: I haven't taken anything out, but I am thinking roasted chicken and some oven roasted squash?

Water: Abysmal, maybe 30 ounces so far today
Vits: Left without them this morning, gotta take em when I get home
E: walked up my new hill at home this morning! may or may not get more in later, have lots of unpacking left to do!

Not a great day for me, but not TOO bad either!

S: baked whole wheat pita chip (did them myself) and spinach dip
L: homemade 5 bean chili and a corn muffin
S:??? maybe some cottage cheese and lite peaches
D: mongolian shrimp.  got mongolian beef last night the meat was not tender but the sauce great so going to put the sauce over sauteed shrimp and add a cesar salad.

water: getting better
Vitamins; okay someone slap me not getting them in
exercise: cleaning and hauling bags of oranges.  does reapeatedly picking up a 20lb child count?

Started my pre-op diet today....

S: Progresso Light soup strained of all the goodies so I just drank broth

Vitamins:  Yep downed those this morning
Exercise:  Walking multi levels at UCSF
