Hello everybody!!  Well it looks like I'll probably ONLY be able to post this Tuesday through Friday when I'm at work  cause my computer at home is infected or something cause whenever I try to log on it goes bonkers!!  But I still had a pretty good weekend and was able to loose 3lbs during the period from Thanksgiving till the 3rd of January!!  Yeah baby !!  Now my ultimate goal is 199 by my birthday...I think I can do it, but only time will tell!  I am dedicated to walking at least 3 miles, 3 times a week!  Let's do this!!

B:  Hood chocolate milk; Click espresso protein
S:  N/A
L:  3oz steak; 1/8 cup rice; 2 tbsp gravy
S:  1/2 cup greens; egg mock muffin
D: 1 cup beef ravioli; small salad

Water:  12 cups
Exercise:  Situps; wall pushups and about to do a 1 mile break walk
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium; Hair regime...all on target!!

I love this post - it makes me think about what I eat, plus it gives me ideas, seeing what everyone else eats. For me, it's good way to start the new year.

First - MsShell - where do you get your Hood chocolate milk? Is it the Hood Calorie Countdown? I buy mine at a low car shop in Tustin, as I can no longer find it at the market.

Here's the scoop:

LND: Tamale
LNS: Nothing
B: Protein Bar and coffee
S: Piece of cheese
L: Protein Shake
D: Grilling some chicken breasts and steaming some broccoli.

W: need to kick it up
V: yes - still have some calcium left
E: ? - thinking about it

Girl don't get me talking about the "Hood" OMG I now officially LOVE it.  Someone told me in another state they find theirs at Wal-Mart...well after looking and never seeing I gave up and was looking for LowCarb Yogurt at my neighborhood Albertsons and there was the Hood Calorie Countdown in Regular and Chocolate.  OMG and I already LOVE Click and mixed the two together...so yum!!  I can't wait till I run out and try the regular Hood and my Click, cause when I tried Click with Milk it was delicious but to many carbs for me, but now watch out!!

I've been onto "Hood" for a couple years and love it, too. I used to get it at Albertsons, but they stopped carrying it. I was told Hood stopped distributing in California. Hood dairy products are actually very popular in some other states.

Well... I found Hood at a low carb shop in Tustin. They drive to Las Vegas with coolers and get it. They use it in their low carb soft-serve frozen ice cream and protein shakes - which are THE BOMB by the way.

Hmmm... I'm going to have to check-out the Albertsons in my area, again.

Oh girl I JUST discovered it, if I was to loose it I'd be devastated, lol...but seriously.  I was just thinking yesterday that it would be so good in the blender with some ice or even one of eggfaces protein ice cream recipes =)  I guess I'll just have to keep buying it to keep them there, lol!!

This will be fun as I can get ideas from other's posts.  I don't know what "Click" is and the "Hood" sounds great...maybe Trader Joe's carries them...
here's my day..its sort of boring..lol

B-leftover homemade chicken/veggie soup with a scrambled eggbeater in it
L-leftover homemade chicken/veggie soup with a scoop of NoWhey in it
D-turkey breast slices w/ salad and cottage cheese

snacks were a piece of cheese and applesauce

W-(gulp) not enough yet...its so cold..lol
E-I go bowling on Tuesdays!!  STRIKE!
