WDYET?? Wednesday!!!!!
Hey boys and girls...here it is HUMP day and I'm always blessed to be alive and have another time to take my life into my own hands. One thing I'm doing this year is NOT weighing but once a week and it's only been 4 days and I'm going through some major withdrawls, lol!!
B: 1/2 cup greek yogurt mixed with berries whey protein
S: WW sweet & salty bar; string cheese
L: 3oz chicken breast; 1/2 cup greens
S: N/A
D: ??
Water 10 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Calcium; B12; Hair Regime...on target
Exercise: Walking 3 miles tonight

I had to step away from the scale too! I am much mellower since I started weighing only on Wed mornings! The only time I break that rule is on the 7th of the month, since thats my anniversary day and I keep track every month of where I am! Which reminds me, I am 8 months old today! Pics and measurements tonight!

s - sliver of cranberry cheesecake someone brought in. (It made me queasy, but I had to satisfy my curiosity)
L - lean cuisine lasagna w/ meat sauce. working on it now..I don't think I'll fini**** though.

At baja Fresh I get a chicken burrito and I think they call it naked. Its all the insides on a bed of lettuce but no tortilla - look at the menu - or ask for a side by side - its not on the menu but it is romaine, chicken, salsa, a little avacado and tomatoes each thing is side by side so you can mix it or eat what you want.....but you have to ask for it.
As for my eating today:
B - advantage with COffee then some more coffee with cappucino Nectar powder in it.
S - Greek yogurt with fruit
L - Probably just some chicken and a string cheese (haven't eaten lunch yet and I need to cause I am meeting some friends for an early happy hour)
S - prolly a few almonds with my drink
D - Chicken and salad.
W - 1/2 way there - about 72 oz so far

Okay ... so my son woke up with severe abdominal pain ... I'm waiting to take him to the doctor, but needless to say, I didn't make it to the gym this morning. For eats:
B - 1/2 (3oz) container of lucern gingerbread yogurt
S - String Cheese
L - 1/4 cup mexican lasagna (eggface recipe ... yummy) and 1/4 cup newman's pretzels
S - probably none since I'm taking the boy to the doctor today
D - Ugh ... who knows, I'll probably get the kids something from the taqueria so that I can have the insides of a chicken soft taco

Exercise: If everything's okay with the boy, I may get in a half hour on the eliptical tonight

B: Fuzzy Navel Protien drink and Cabot reduced fat cheese
L: Tuna and Wasa Crisp Crackers and 100pk of Almonds
S: Fage yogurt and pb on a Wasa Crips Cracker and a handful of peanuts
D: Carne Asada
Vits: Yes
Water: half way done
Exercise: 40mins elliptical & 20 mins treadmil and pilates tonight
The exercise is making me hungry
