Boy oh boy am I TIRED right now.  So let me start with last night!!  I went out to the club and did NOT drink, but I partied and danced for a couple hours.  Got home and in bed at 2:30am....woke up at 6:30am to get up get dressed and walk 4 miles at 7:30am....then me and my girl Angie jumped in the ride and drove down to San Diego to meet some fellow Cali OHers for lunch!!  It was a blast, but I am exhausted and rightfully so huh?!!

It was SUCH a pleasure meeting the SD ladies and of course seeing my LB Coffee girls in a new location!!  I have NO clue the names of the wonderful ladies I met but Ijust wanted to let yall and Nikki our host that "I'll be back"

My computer let me post yippie!!

B:  Cheese stick; small apple
L:  23oz Miller Lite (it was gooood but made me full)
then I add a fish stick; some beef; 1/2 corn bread muffin; about 1/4 cup string bean
S:  Egg Salad
D:  Ravioli and salad

Water:  8 cups
Exercise:  4 mile walk!
Vitamins:  Forgot to bring them but I've had my multi & biotin

I upped my B-12 to 2 a day and am taking EmerGen-C.
I gained weight to I ran anyway and then biked 3 times.  Thank you Zicam!
I've got to get rid of this cold.

B:  Chocolate Soy Nog Protein shake

L:  ½ slice sprouted sourdough tost,  slice cheese
S: EmerGen-C, Fage with SF Davinci Lemon
S: EmerGen-C
D: Chocolate Soy Nog Protein shake

Exercise:  ran 30 minutes on rebounder in 2 segments
Recumbent bike: Level 4, 157 calories, 3.49 miles
Recumbent bike: Level 2, 226 calories, 5.04 miles
Recumbent bike: Level 2, 216 calories, 4.82 miles
Recumbent bike: Level 1&2, 189 calories, 4.21 miles
Vitamins:  Multi; 1200mg Calcium; B-12, iron, Zicam

I love my recumbent bike!  I sit in front of the TV for 20 minutes at a time and it really racks up the miles.

I am so glad  you are LOVING your bike hun..  Can't wait to start working out.. I feel like a lump just sitting on the couch... LOL..
