Hey boys and girls...just need to share that I lost 4.4lbs last week on my recommitment to myself and of course walking 4 miles 3 times a week is helping obviously!! Oh and it's helping my loose skin on my thighs firming up =) Onto today...

L: Turkey & cheese wrap
S: cottage cheese double

Water: mmmm...only 24 ozs so far.
Execercise: I will walk tonight
Vitamins: I am on target
On this windy SoCali day, I ate or will eat....
B-Adkins Advantage Shake & string cheese
L-Mushrooms and egg beaters with cottage cheese
D-(will be) Chef's salad
s-raw almonds
s-apple
W-eh?
V-doing good! (labs show it too..yippeeeee)
E-Yoga class tonight..does shopping at Fashion Bug count??

Congratulations, 4 pounds is great!!! The weather here in the bay is AMAZING this week, I wish I was at the beach
Anyhoo ... here was today's plate
B - 2 oz lean ground beef patty with onions inside
L - 2 oz salmon a small slice of zucchini
S - 1 cup skim milk
D - 1 egg with pepper jack cheese, salsa and sour cream
After dinner - 1/2 cup grasshopper wow cow frozen yogurt

Anyhoo ... here was today's plate

B: Yogurt - lemon pie flavor over some Go-Lean Crunch
S: String cheese and almonds
L: Tamale pie
S: String Cheese
D: Taco Pot Pie (oooooh, yummy packed full of protein!)
Water - 4.5 bottles so far (20 oz each)
Exercise - Went to the gym and did my thing then went to the mall. I love shopping!
Vitamins - all in, every last one down to the last huge horse pill (that woud be the &$($ antibiotic.
Tomorrow...................... haven't gotten that far yet. Things to dream on. Nights all!
