Starting back to water aerobics tonight . . .

I've been away from the water for too long . . . and the meds for my hips are starting to make me feel better . . . so TONIGHT I jump back in (literally!)

Hopefully this will be a push to get me moving again . . . and hopefully it won't make my cold worse.

Chris,

Aw, I love to do water aerobics. I need to find an indoor pool because my last classes were outside at night and it got down into the 30's brrr.  Have fun, I can't wait to get back in the groove.

well I did about 20 minutesand had to stop . . . I was coughing my lungs inside out . . . so I  better wait until next week ;(

PS . . . my CAT is loving that I went   .  . . . I have my suit laid out to dry . . . and she is up on top of it doing her **** dance . . . rolling back and forth . . . burying (sp) her face in it . . . pulling it over her . . . she loves anything with smells and right now the chorline (sp again) is making her nuts!  She better not snag the hell out of it!
