Hey everyone!!  It's ANOTHER beautiful sunny Southern California day and NO I don't get tired of it being 80 degrees out!  I just finished a beautiful 1.2 mile walk and all is really right with my world.  My best buddy Angela (God's Special Creation) will be having her sleeve on Inauguration day which I think is totally appropriate to her NEW life.  Let's see I lost 4.4lbs last week so I'm on top of the world.  I'm sitting here after finishing my 10th cup of water and working on the next 4.  I have a delicious home made Spinach Stuffed Chicken Parmesan for lunch with some cucumber salad.  I believe I'm FINALLY over a toxic man!  **** I think I'm going to play the lottery tonight cause I am really feeling on top of my game!!

Let me just share a confession.  When I had WLS I just "knew" for a fact I was going to loose the weight wasn't a doubt in my mind, so when I would stall EVERY month and ONLY loose 1 week out the month I really didn't fret cause I again "knew" it was going to happen.  As I sit here at 209.2lbs I'm in awe that I am ONLY 24lbs away from MY goal!  I can't really "believe" I'm here BUT I am!!  OMG can I just say this summer is going to ROCK!!

And last but not least.  I was in a big girl club this weekend.  IE a club where the women clientele are easily 250+ in weight and well the guys love their women like that.  This guy who apparently was drawn in by MY beauty at any weight was talking to me and dare I say it out loud??  He asked me "why are you here you aren't a big girl?"  So while I'm not 100% ready to give up my big girl card (cause I LOVED every minute of it) alas men keep telling me how I'm NOT there anymore...alas...

S:  Egg Mockmuffin; string cheese
D:  Popeye's Leg & Thigh

Calories 1,082  ~  Protein 108  ~  Carbs 33  ~  Fiber 3  ~  Fat 58

Water:  18 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg of Calcium; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise:  1.2 mile walk at break; 500 bounces on mini trampoline

Vitamins: I am on track
Exercise: ????????  Not sure, I have class tonight.. maybe I will park super far away to get in a little more walking.

Early Am - Advantage shake with Coffee then some cappacino nectar in my second cup of coffee

B - Greek Yogurt with Fruit

S - 1 string cheese

L - Chicken and carrots

S - A few almonds

D - Prolly chicken and a string cheese or maybe some green beans

S - SF Popsicle for sure

Water - Almost done - around 80-95 oz so far...
Exercise - gonna take a walk when it cools off
Vitamins - Yep - all done but the calcium

B: whole grain bagel and cream cheese
S: Veggie chips
L: Leftover roasted chicken and zuccini and a few bites of rice
S: I have a cheese stick with me...maybe that? or none
D: Chris made some potstickers I think
S: probably none, dinner wont be til almost 10

W: 60 ounces or so in, a little behind where I should be
V: all done
E: walked my booty off today, trying out a new route with my busses to work

My day is kinda off schedule today, working 12 to 9 so my meals are all outta whack =\

ok, but it feels like all I do is drink!  LOL

B: 2 tbs cream of wheat
S: 2tbs ff yogurt
L: 1/2 cup cream of chicken ff soup
S: 2 tbs ff cottage cheese
D: 1/4 cup of ff cream of mushroom soup
S: 2 tbs ff choc pudding (no mint)

Water: I'm trying to pump it up
Vitamins:  Yep, so far so good
Exercise:  Got out to Vitamin store for some liquid Vitamin D and then to the store, now I am pooped!

Hmmm ... today was crazy CRAZY busy at work ... I barely stopped moving, so it was one of those days that I didn't focus as much on what I ate and I certainly didn't have enough water!  I'm only posting this to stay accountable because I feel like my eating was out of control today.

B - 1/2 WW rasberry white chocolate cheesecake yogurt
S - 1 cup skim milk
L - 1/2 (2 oz) Trader Joe's spinach and parmesan chicken patty, 1 tsp tzatziki and a few edamame
S - (we had a reception) 2 crackers (1 with artichoke parmesan dip, 1 with spinach dip),  1/2 oz. dill havarti, 1 barbeque meatball
D - 1 happi house chicken wing and 6 edamame pods, 3 bites of happi house chicken salad
after dinner - s'more flavored pure protein bar (kinda gross, but I desperately need protein) and 1 cup of skim milk (again, NEED protein)

Looking at this in writing, it seems like soooo much food.  Funny how our perception shifts with surgery ...

Water - only 1 1/2 bottles so far, need to get as much in as possible tonight
vitamins - totally on track (I made sure to take them all before I left the house)
