Good TGIF Morning to all of you!

Red Pants are fine.  Cleaned out my boxes and found a pair of lavender pants to go with them.  I posted a new picture of me in my 11/12's!  Smokin' Hot Momma!  I went to support group yesterday and one of the newbies (she's 4 weeks out and already cheating) asked me how I did it.  She eats "on the run" and has been eating carbs.  I point blank told her I stuck religiously to the program outlined by the docs and nutritionist.  No matter how much I wanted a carb, I didn't eat it.  And I NEVER eat on the run.  I plan out my food the night before and pack my lunch and eat it at the required times.   I was very harsh with her and she told me later she needed it!  And the support group leader told me she appreciated my bluntness.  Robin (newbie) told me she appreciated my honesty.  It is, what it is.  You want to lose the weight or do you want to cheat?  Make a choice.

Happy Friday!  I keep forgetting I have a 3 day weekend.   Brain ain't just lookin' that far ahead! 

Last night I went to support group and I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life!  We were having such a good time and I got some good new information. 

Today is services for our Superintendent who passed away on Monday but since I have to go pick up Jayden this evening, I'm staying in the office and manning my post.  

This weekend brings us with no plans.......yet.  I do know we have to go out and help install new gates out at the ranch and we may be doing a cattle-round up on Saturday.  Have not had the official word yet.  Those are fun.  Chasing cows around with quads and getting them all in the corral.  Then while the guys are doctoring the animals, I'll be helping prepare quite a spread for the hungry guys.  It's always exhausting, but good fun and good visiting.  And Jayden always ends up very filthy and a huge smile on his face.

Gotta interview this morning, gotta keep on packing (I'm moving), and get ready for my lil one's Birthday party at his preschool today.  I'm tired just thinking about it.  Thank goodness its a 3-day weekend.

Good Morning Janine & Everyone,
TGIF for sure!! It is my day off, but no 3 day weekend for me. I work the weekend and Monday and Tuesday. Oh well Holiday Pay!! Today I see my PCP about my back/neck pain, hopefully get new meds that will work!! I also have my 2 year blood draw, damn has it been that long?! After that I have a brunch date, Oye can you say nerves. I really hate dating!!! Have to drop by the grocery store, want to bake something to take into work. I really need to clean house, so who knows which will happen today. Maybe both.
Well I am just waiting to go to the doctor unable to have my coffee, just drink water. I know better than to have my blood draw before I see her because last time she added more tests and I had to go get pooked again.

Good Morning Janine, and Cali Crew...

So I am not feeling so hot this morning.. I have to admit  and tell on myself that I didn't do well yesteryday with getting my water, protein, or food in at all!!!!  (Shame on me)

I am currently drinking a Protein drink, and well it is just making me feel ...  SO I am trying to take it slow, and am trying to get in much more than I did yesterday..  

As for this weekend, I am not sure what the plans are.. I am going to rest as much as possible, but maybe I will have the strength to take the kids out to Chuck E Cheese or something...  (that way I don't have to worry about them running off where I have to chase them down, hahaha they will all be in one room that they can't get out of YEA!!)

So I hope you all enjoy your weekend..

I love taking kids to Chuck-E-Cheese and just letting them run!  Give 'em a boat-load of tokens and take a book and ipod and that's a good couple of hours!  Have fun. 

Thanks hun... I sure will .. Great idea with the Ipod. Normally I am up playing with the kids, doing the games with them, but this time I am going to just sit it out as I am still recovering, so the Ipod and book are a great idea...
