So let me tell you another story. I almost did NOT go on my walk at break cause it was late, but decided what the heck. WELL while walking I decided to just bust out in a jog and it's huge for me cause I have some ummm jiggle and I don't like to jiggle like that in public unless I'm dancing at the club. BUT I did it a couple of times and well you may be seeing you jogging around YOUR town real soon.

Another story...ALL week long there was this lady selling hotdogs and she grills the onions and bell peppers...ALL week I've been telling my friend ONE day I'm going to have some money in my pocket and STOP and just buy the onions & bell peppers well TODAY was that day...AND she wasn't there...hence what I'm having for dinner!! Here's probably had to much oil anyway

Ok now onto the menu plan, lol!!
LND: 1/2 sandwich
LND: 1/2 sandwhich; 2 sips of my gin & OJ
B: Carb Masters Yogurt
S: Sausage link; tater tot; .5oz almonds
L: Spinach Stuffed Chicken; 1/2 corn on the cob
S: Creamy Protein Chicken Soup (if you have Kaiser they carry it by "New Direction" and it's good!!)
D: 1tsp Olive Oil; Onions & Bell Pepper; 3oz Steak
Water: Sitting at 10 cups will drink 4 more before end of day
Exercise: 1.2 mile walk
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Calcium; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime
Calories 841 ~ Protein 103 ~ Carbs 34 ~ Fiber 7 ~ Fat 33

All I can say is that I hate the darn carb monster.. When it gets you, it really gets you good.
I am glad though, you are back on track. Life does go on and you can't change what you ate, but you can choose what you are going to eat.

Well, I'm going to sound like a broken record... but, there are just some things that I like to eat, and need to finish-up before I leave for the weekend - but, here goes...

B: Coffee and a protein shake (mixed frozen berries, designer whey french vanilla proten powder and hood vanilla calorie countdown milk/drink)
L: Spinach/chicken salad (spinach, chicken, tomato, 1/4 avocado, feta, cranberry)
D: Don't know - we're going out somewhere

E: no - but, going biking tomorrow

Pre WLS I had back problems, my back went out several times a month for about 6 months prior to surgery. My surgeon warned me that since the weight would shed so quickly, it would probably cause more problems for my back before it got better. Well I've felt great since surgery, even forgot I ever had back problems for a while, until this week. This week, I pushed myself really hard at work on Tuesday (for the reception) and ever since my back has felt loosey goosey and painful, I can tell it wants to go out, so I've been scared to get to the gym because the last thing I need is for my back to go out right now. I'm going to go tomorrow and do laps in the pool because I really need to get to they gym, I HATE not being able to go and work out every day and feel like I now don't have an outlet for my stress!!!
ANYWAY .... what I ate today:
commute: string cheese
B - yoplait light thick and creamy peaches and cream (1/2 container)
L - 1/2 Trader Joe's chicken with spinach, artichoke and 4 cheeses patty, 1 tsp tzatziki sauce and 1/4 cup edamame
S - 7 almonds
D - 1/2 small wendy's chili and 2 bites of salad
s - fat free milk and 1/2 cup wow cow praline and cream frozen yogurt
This is the first time since surgery that I've gotten this close to 700 calories, so I'm a little stoked about that!
