Well well well I just LOVED seeing that others stepped in for me yesterday.  Cause I was in a carb enduced SELF enduced coma and couldn't shake it off to even post...cause you know if I could I would have shared by "horrible" food eating with you guys.  I didn't just fall off the wagon, I fell off, saw the carb bus, ran after it, jumped on and ate the whole bus!!  It was HORRIBLE, but I did it, dusted myself off and yes believe it or not when you fall off LIFE GOES ON!! 

I am not perfect as one of my signature quotes reads, I just CHOOSE to look beyond (my few, lol) imperfections!  Onward and downward to my goal weight!!

So let me tell you another story.  I almost did NOT go on my walk at break cause it was late, but decided what the heck.  WELL while walking I decided to just bust out in a jog and it's huge for me cause I have some ummm jiggle and I don't like to jiggle like that in public unless I'm dancing at the club.  BUT I did it a couple of times and well you may be seeing you jogging around YOUR town real soon.

Another story...ALL week long there was this lady selling hotdogs and she grills the onions and bell peppers...ALL week I've been telling my friend ONE day I'm going to have some money in my pocket and STOP and just buy the onions & bell peppers well TODAY was that day...AND she wasn't there...hence what I'm having for dinner!!  Here's probably had to much oil anyway

Ok now onto the menu plan, lol!!

LND:  1/2 sandwich
LND:  1/2 sandwhich; 2 sips of my gin & OJ
B:  Carb Masters Yogurt
S:  Sausage link; tater tot; .5oz almonds
L:  Spinach Stuffed Chicken; 1/2 corn on the cob
S:  Creamy Protein Chicken Soup (if you have Kaiser they carry it by "New Direction" and it's good!!)
D:  1tsp Olive Oil; Onions & Bell Pepper; 3oz Steak

Water:  Sitting at 10 cups will drink 4 more before end of day
Exercise:  1.2 mile walk
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime

Calories 841  ~  Protein 103  ~  Carbs 34  ~  Fiber 7  ~  Fat 33

Good afternoon Ms. Shell,

All  I can say is that I hate the darn carb monster.. When it gets you, it really gets you good. I am glad though, you are back on track. Life does go on and you can't change what you ate, but you can choose what you are going to eat.

B: atdkins protein bar...

S: cottage cheese double

L: turkey & cheese with a side of 1/2 small apple

S: SF popsicle..I think..

D: hmmmm...something from Redlobster..I do know that for sure.

Water: 16 ozs so far...I need to improve on this one

Vitamins: done

Exercise; none today, but I am going horse back riding tomorrow..does that count?

Yep - when the carb-monster attacks - it can get ugly.  Good for you for moving on...

Well, I'm going to sound like a broken record...   but, there are just some things that I like to eat, and need to finish-up before I leave for the weekend - but, here goes...

LND: The last of the bean soup
LNS: SF fudge bar and a "pie" of low fat laughing cow swiss cheese
B:  Coffee and a protein shake (mixed frozen berries, designer whey french vanilla proten powder and hood vanilla calorie countdown milk/drink)
L: Spinach/chicken salad (spinach, chicken, tomato, 1/4 avocado, feta, cranberry)
D:  Don't know - we're going out somewhere

V: yes
W: need to kick it up
E: no - but, going biking tomorrow

I missed yesterday, it was my day off and after sitting at the puter all day for work 5 days a week I just tend to avoid it all costs on my days off!

Let's see today....

B: a soy mocha from Starbucks I guess, my eating got kinda screwy today
S: None yet, I have the veggie chips and cheese stick with me again, one of those
L: Brought half a leftover omelette to heat up
S: Whatever I don't eat at my first snack
D: Brought leftover chicken and zucchini to heat up
S: Probably none, I get home too late to want to eat again

W: About 1/3 in, so I'm on track
V: Check!
E: Walked almost two miles already today via my mass transit commute, maybe some strength training with my bands when I get home?

This week at work has been a nightmare ... I feel like I've been constantly moving and then I come home exhausted.  I'm kind of laughing lately about my food perceptions and how I view things.  For instance, on Tuesday we had a reception at work and I ate 2 crackers, 1 with artichoke dip and 1 with spinach dip.  These weren't on my plan for the day and I felt like a HUGE PIG ... I didn't even break 700 calories that day and yet I was feeling like I totally cheated, then I thought back to pre WLS when if we had left overs from a reception at work, I would have helped myself to a heaping plate of whatever was available and then gone home and eaten dinner.  

Pre WLS I had back problems, my back went out several times a month for about 6 months prior to surgery.  My surgeon warned me that since the weight would shed so quickly, it would probably cause more problems for my back before it got better.  Well I've felt great since surgery, even forgot  I ever had back problems for a while, until this week.  This week, I pushed myself really hard at work on Tuesday (for the reception) and ever since my back has felt loosey goosey and painful, I can tell it wants to go out, so I've been scared to get to the gym because the last thing I need is for my back to go out right now.  I'm going to go tomorrow and do laps in the pool because I really need to get to they gym, I HATE not being able to go and work out every day and feel like I now don't have an outlet for my stress!!!

ANYWAY .... what I ate today:

commute: string cheese
B - yoplait light thick and creamy peaches and cream (1/2 container)
L - 1/2 Trader Joe's chicken with spinach, artichoke and 4 cheeses patty, 1 tsp tzatziki sauce and 1/4 cup edamame
S - 7 almonds
D - 1/2 small wendy's chili and 2 bites of salad
s - fat free milk and 1/2 cup wow cow praline and cream frozen yogurt
This is the first time since surgery that I've gotten this close to 700 calories, so I'm a little stoked about that!
