WDYET?? Saturday!!
This morning I woke up bright and early at 6:30 cause I knew the plan was to walk my 4 miles at 7:30 before it gets to hot!! It really feels amazing to know you are doing what you NEED to do. What you've PROMISED yourself you'd do as a postop. As you all read yesterday I am far from "perfect" but I no longer feel the need t use such negative language towards myself if I don't eat perfect. I can get up the next day or meal, dust myself off and keep pushing!!
Today I have no clue how it will end because I am going to a "last supper" for my dear friend Angela and THEN later tonight I will be doing some Cosmic bowling...hopefully more bowling then drinking, lol!
Here's to today!!
B: 1/2 banana (before my walk)
S: Tuna Tofu Casserole (tasted like Tuna Noodle Casserole)
L: Stuffed Chicken Parmesan; small salad
S/D: "Last Supper" at a Chinese food restaurant...
S: Something to drink 2 drink maximum of course I think, lol!!
Water: 9 cups so far will end with at least 14
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Calcium; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise: 4 mile walk in 65 minutes =)

I am so sorry I was not able to attend Angelas last lunch. I already had some plans, but maybe we can meet some other time.
But here is my agenda for today:
B: yogurt
S: oatmeal
L: grilled chicken & black beans
S: protein bar & a handle of sf candies..lol...way too many
D:
Water 24 ozs so far
Vitamins: done
Exercise: I went horse back riding today, does that count?
I feel as though all day long all I have been doing is eating and snacking & eating. I am not sure what went wrong, but from the moment I woke up all I have done is put food in my mouth. This has got to stop!!
B - 1/2 crambled egg with salsa and sourcream and cheese
L - 2 oz hamburger, 1 small buffalo wing, 1 small slice tri-tip
S - raw veggies with dill dip
D - 1/2 cup Campbell's Healthy Harvest fat free New England Clam Chowder and 1 string cheese
S - 1/2 cup wow cow frozen yogurt
I'm low on protein, so I think a cup of skim milk is necessary :)
