It's finally mid-week aka Humpday what a week it's been right.  Well today is all about laundry, so let me make this quick.

B:  1/4 cup egg beaters; 1oz cheese; Turkey sausage
L:  Salad (lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese)
S:  Chicken Protein Soup
D:  Shrimp Stir Fry (shrimp, bell pepper, squash)

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise:  Walking

I've been doing good this week!!!!!

B:  Yogurt - Berries & cream
S:  2 Cheese Chips
L:  Chili with Cheese
S:  SF Jello
D:  - Planned is Spaghetti Sauce with parm cheese and steamed broccoli

60 oz water in so far
1/2 vitamins in so far

Exercise - on the menu for tonight. 

That's it folks.  I'm going to make Lasagne for the boys for tomorrow's dinner.  I am also going to make salami and parm cheese chips.  I need more protein snacks things.

S: Cheese Stick

L: Black Beans/ Reduced Cheese/ ff sour cream

S: about 6 pieces of Pirate Booty Puffed rice snack

D: Planning on turkey meatloaf and steamed veggies (yummy)  and yes I can eat meat now (woo hoo! )

Water-32 oz so far/multi vitamin/B-12/Calcium

I could do better...tomorrow is another day..or should I say today is another day..lol..look at the time!
B- Adkins shake
L-eggbeaters, cottage cheese, applesauce
D-5 Potstickers...(ok..not a good choice..but high in protein)
   mixed veggie stirfry
s-grilled cheese sammy on sprouted bread..didn't stay down
s-raw almonds
s-cheese stick, 6 wheat thins

W-not enough..just not thristy...H20 irritates my pouch, don't like Crystal Light..I like warm Herbal Tea and Propel
V-pretty good today
E-Chair yoga

Gonna make Janine's PB cookies and make a trip to Trader Joe's! today!
