Boy oh boy did I ENJOY me a HUGE bagel this morning!!  With that being said I'm off the carbs (with the exception of my Kay's Protein Chips) for the rest of the day =)  Nothing new going on in my life.  My girl Angie is in the "why did I do this" phase of surgery and being what 2 days out she entitled!!

B:  Bagel & Garden cream cheese
S:  1/2 bag of Kay's Protein Chips
L:  Tuna Tofu Casserole; 1/2 corn cob
S:  2.8oz Tuna Cup w/Light Mayo
D:  Shesh I forgot to take something out...maybe just a veggie stir fry??

Water:  10 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate w/D; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise:  3-4 mile walk tonight

I hope Angie starts to feel better. I felt horrible after my surgery because I was stuck inside and hated it. Maybe when she starts to feel better and is able to be out & about she will enjoy the process of becoming the new her. Just let her know we are thinking of her and hoping she gets feeling better soon! 

As for me, its my turn....

B: protein bar

S: cottage cheese double

L: 2.5 ozs pork, salad w/light dress & a slice of cheese

S: ?????????maybe string cheese

D:?????????????

Vitamins: done
Water: 32 ozs so far
Exercise: I will park extra far away from class tonight just to get a little in.

B:  Yogurt and vitamins
S:  Canned peaches
L:  Tamale pie
S:  SF pudding
D:  Lasagne (eating between the noodles!)

Vitamins - 1/2 in, 1/2 to go
Water - doin' fantastic
Exercise - on the Agenda

Sleep - deprived.  Tired.  Too much to do to see and to live to spend too much of it in bed!

I would love the original mac n cheese recipe that inspired the tuna as well .

Hi all, my name is Kristi. I live in the southbay - Morgan Hill. I've been reading this forum for more than a few days, and decided to start posting here today. I am a liitle more than 4 weeks post op and doing great now. I stalled weeks 1-4 and was beginning to worry, but moving down now.

Onto the day -
LS - 2 sundried tomato/parmesan crackers with greek yogurt dip.
LD - shrimp and fish (removed from beer batter) and spicy ****tail sauce.

B - protein shake
MS - kashi go lean blueberry waffle with PB and SF jelly
L - 4 shrimp with sesame ginger dip
AS - SB Cinnamon Raisin Bar
D - I forget what my hubby is making?

V -1/3
W - need to work on
E - 30 minutes on treadmill, here I come!

I was "finally" able to sleep last night for the 1st time in months, and didnt get up until 9:30am!!! (Thought I died for a minute)
What I have eaten today, not too good I must say, but got on scale and have lost 2 pounds. Should not have weighed yesterday since I had just gotten off a plane.

Cottage Cheese
SF Butterscotch pudding/mousse
1/2 Turkey Itanian Sausage
Cottage Cheese
Dont know what is for dinner, but I did cook up a BUNCH of turkey taco and Turkey Fajita meats. Also have a freezer FULL of Lobster that I brought home from Maine. (I am thinking yummmmmmmm) Oh decisions, decisions...

Hugs for Angie... I know I sure was there.  The day after my surgery I kept saying, "what the did I do to myself?"  It lasts a day or two, and then all is much better!

My turn...

LND:  out with a friend - had a cheese tray and salad.... oh ya and a cosmo.
LNS: another cosmo
B: coffee and protein shake
S: TBSP of peanut butter
S: some TJ's Soy Crisps
L: low carb tortilla and cheese (guess that would be a quesadilla)
S: an "Aussie Bite" from Costco
D:  ? - Obviously need to stop the snacking.  Off to the store - maybe I'll make the tofu/tuna casserole?  Or, turkey meatloaf sounds good?
