Hey Patty girl!!  It was so great meeting everyone and talking with you =)  So glad you kept this going I have NO computer on the weekends, but for the first time in a minute I actually KEPT a journal in writing of what I ate...

LND:  2 vodka & cranberries
LND:  THEN I got to eat 3/4 cup spaghetti; dinner roll

B:  Egg beaters; cheese; dinner roll
S:  Carb Masters Yogurt
L:  Mini pizza (mission low carb tortilla; ricotta & pizza sauce; slice cheese; sausage; onion; bell pepper)
S:  1 protein bullet
D:  Asparagus; fruit; ricotta cheese mixed with SF pudding (YUM)
