WDYET?? It's HUMPday!!!!!
Yes it's Wednesday the middle of the week, we are pretty much over the hump and on our way to the weekend!! Can you say "ARE you ready for some FOOTBALL?" Well everyone can I just tell you guys that I haven't weighed myself since Sunday cause I loaned my scale to my girl Angela and OMG it is driving me nuts not know what it says everyday. I will be picking up my baby on Friday for my end of the month weigh in. I JUST cancelled on some friends who wanted to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant for lunch and for ME Mexican = chips, salsa and a margarita and well can't be doing that with this Saturday coming up now can I? That was some will power going on to do that cause I could use a margarita just because I can ALWAYS go for a margarita, lol!!

B - craving a bagel - found some new ones - The Alternative Bagel - whole wheat, 7 grams protein, 110 calories(for entire bagel), and 27 grams carbs, too many, but for every so often it'll be ok. Added a slice of ham and cheese.
S - Greek yogurt
L - steamed shrimp, banana
S - nothing unless hungry
D - turkey/veggie stuffed bell peppers (that we didn't have last night), salad
S - mango slices
W - not so good today 32 oz. so far
V - done
E - none yet, thinking of the treadmill tonight

Well, I am back at home after 3 days gone and living on catered food. My poor pouchie did not like what they fed us. And today we had a catered staff meeting and the chick that ordered lunch went out of her way to order everything I could not eat. Chicken fettichinni with mushrooms (noodles - nope; heavy cream sauce - nope; mushrooms - definate nope as I'm allergic; and the chicken was covered in heavy cream sauche) I made sure the boss knew she refused to order 2 meatballs and a bowl of soup for me. Hahahaha.

L: Refried Beans with hamburger and cheese
S: Apple Sauce
D: nothing - tummy is mega upset
Water's in, vitamins are all down the hatch and exercise is a wishful thought. One day soon......
My poor pouchy does not like lunch meats, chicken or many solids. I've been chucking way too many meals and I may just have to go back to the doc and find out what's going on.
