Well boys and girls TODAY I have been starving to death...almost literally =)  I'm blaming TOM oh yeah that's it =)

B:  String Cheese; clementine
S:  and it begins...string cheese; ricotta cheese; 2 dove chocolates THEN a glazed donut; protein cereal; campbells soup at hand; 5 slatines...finally lunch
L:  some farmers market fruit samples; 1 lamb kabob; 1/2 cup flan
S:  Lord who knows cause I'm hungry again =(
D:  ground turkey; salad

Water;  "only" 8 cups so far, working on 9-10
Exercise:  I vow to get on my treadmill
Vitamins:  The least of today's worries, lol

As of right now before possible snack and dinner
Calores 1,032 ~  Carbs 100  ~   Fat 47  ~  Protein 46  ~  Fiber 4

Ok I will play...

B: protein bar...(I think I am getting tired of these, I eat them everyday)..lol

S: string cheese 1/2 apple

L: turkey, cheese, 1/4 avacado

S: wheat baked cracker & cheese & 1/2 bar sf choc..(why oh why)..:(

D:  ?????????????????

Vitamins: I am on track
Water 32ozs so far
Exercise: none..;(  I have class tonight

I call those my "and then" day as in and then I ate this and then I ate that.  We have all been there.

Um ground turkey salad??? do share

B: bolony and cheese and whole wheat crackers
S: cottage cheese with oranges and pineapple
S2: part of a sweet and salty granola bar
L:  chicken tikka masala and brown rice and the rest of granola bar
S: protein shot and a hadful of pop corn
D: mom just took the turkey meatloaf out of the oven and cooking the cabbage as I type

water: drinking it
exercise 45 min core aerobics

Oh nothing spectacular, just take 4oz of ground turkey (or however much you can eat) I brown it and add a little cumin...you know like making taco meat.  And add with a small salad =)  Yum...
