WDYET?? TGIF!!!!!
OMG today and yesterday are like day and night cause I promise you I could have EATEN the world yesterday and today I'm sitting here at almost 11:30 and NOT hungry. I'm going to chalk it up to that TOM and be done with it.
As many of you know I have NOT weighed on my scale ALL week. Well as of this week I have tossed aside SEVERAL pair of 18's. I think I've been in 18's the longest of any size on the way down that is. While I am sitting in a pair of 18's that fit. I have NO doubt that I can move my 16's into my NOW closet. In addition to noticing my pants are bigger...WELL d*mnit all to h*ll so is my BRA CUP that is. This week for the first time EVER I put money in my bra and almost lost the $60 I had up there. Thank the lord I happened to be smoothing down my dress and felt something, low and behold the money was down to my hip. Alas I was NEVER larger then a C cup EVER and well it's probably time to shop for some B's. Actually I don't mind so much because I don't mind being "skinny" and small chested but my God being 300 and "only" a C cup was maddening, lol! So tomorrow I get to get on my scale (after I pick it up from my girlfriend tonight) and do my end of the month weigh in. I'm hoping for a nice "little" number!!
Now onto today's food...oh before that. If you haven't tried "Hood's Calorie Countdown" MILK. It's delicious!! I had a cup today and made my favorite click and OMG it was all creamy and YUM!!

S: 1/2 cup fruit; 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (ok so I mixed together 16oz ricotta cheese and 1 small box of SF Vanilla pudding with my mixer and OMG it's a yummy protein fruit dip/parfait type thing)
D: Mini Pizza (1 Mission Low Carb Tortilla; 2 tbsp sauce; 1oz cheese; turkey pepperoni)

Well, today so far food-wise I've been doing decent. I've been struggling with food especially solids so I've kinda backed off them.
B: Yogurt & vitamins
S: String Cheese
L: Taco meat and refried beans
S: Applesauce
Dinner - unknown. Meeting friends at Round Table at 3 today. Haven't seen her in over 25 years!
Water is in. Vitamins are done. Exercise this afternoon and my clothes are all fitting fantastic!
B: protein bar
S: low carb yogurt...1 piece of cheese...2 pieces of sf choc.
L: salad / 1tbsp ranch/ chicken in marinera sauce/ cheese off the garlic cheese bread..(not the bread)..
S: 2 more pieces of sf choc.
S: 3 bites of salad w/ranch/ 2 bites of chicken & sauce..hmmmm...(why or why)????
D: "nothing" I am going to crawl into a hole & not come out til I can eat again...see ya tomorrow bright & early...lmao...
