As I normally play this game, today I am going to skip it..I am just too embarrassed for myself to admit the snacking that I did last night..

My old demon of boredom eating came back around my 1 year mark too. I wasn't hungry but I was starting to open and close the fridge several times a day and night especially on the weekends. Thank God I don't keep "bad" foods in my house, cause if I didn't I know I'd be shoveling them in.
NOW I am still doing the fridge dance but with more control cause I just look and decide to get a cup of crystal light, or string cheese or deli meat or sf popcicle. It gets the urge over with and I'm back in control and most days I account for the up to 150 evening snack calories.
Never be embarrassed, just be mindful and accounted for and try to problem solve. That's what I find this board is for!!
I've really noticed that my weight loss has slowed way down since I crossed the 6 month mark. I've added in a ton of physical activity, but it doesn't seem to be picking back up. Guess my honeymoon is over.
LND - 3 oz Filet Mignon, 1/2c baked sweet potato, 1/2c edamame
B - Jay Robb protien shake
L - 3 oz Seared Ahi, spinach salad, no dressing
D - Shrimp, 1/2c WW Cheese Tortellini, 1 tbs marinara
I also have a golean roll protien bar as a snack, but I haven't felt like eating it yet today

I am so glad you decided to play the game. I just you to know that your honeymoon is not over!! Your body is just catching up with all your weight loss, just remember when your not losing weight you are losing inches..What better to weigh less or be in a smaller size? For me I'll pick the smaller size! Good luck and thanks for playing today, hopefully you will come and play tomorrow too.

So today so far I have only had 4 small celery sticks with garden vegetable cream cheese. For dinner I will have some roast beef and green beans and later I will have my protein shake. I really am not hugry, but the roast beef is smelling pretty good.
