Well girls and boys here we are again beginning my work week!!  I weighed in at a lovely 207.0 to end the month.  Down 6.6 from the beginning of the year.  I loose slow but I love me no matter what the scale says...whose with me on that?!!  This month I am going to work real hard to NOT have any refined carbs.  So the test will be on Thursdays when donuts/pastries find there way into the office.  But since I know this is my birthday MONTH and I'll be celebrating on the weekends I can't have the luxury of eating and drinking.  PIck your poison kind of thing!!

B:  Carb Masters Yogurt
S:  String Cheese; 1/2 grapefruit
S:  1/2 cup Hood 2% milk; tea
L:  1 cup turkey chili (home made)
S:  1 cup Hood milk; maybe made into a protein shake??
D:  3oz beef; small salad

Water:  On target
Exercise:  Need to resume target
Vitamins:  On target

OK I will sorta play....but I must confess this is not a WDYET..for me its a...
What Didn't I Eat Today!....Darn it!! I don't know what is going on with me..I have been snacking like crazy the last two days. Why am I doing this to myself. It's as if I am self sabotaging myself vy not letting myself reach my goal weight. It was too the point last night that I had to go take a shower at 8p.m. & brush my teeth just so I wouldn't step into the kitchen. I need to nip this one in the bud, this is one time in my life that I need to stop kidding myself about thinking the weight will never come back. It will, if I keep doing what I was doing the last two days.

As I normally play this game, today I am going to skip it..I am just too embarrassed for myself to admit the snacking that I did last night..

Ahhh Julie,

My old demon of boredom eating came back around my 1 year mark too.  I wasn't hungry but I was starting to open and close the fridge several times a day and night especially on the weekends.  Thank God I don't keep "bad" foods in my house, cause if I didn't I know I'd be shoveling them in. 

NOW I am still doing the fridge dance but with more control cause I just look and decide to get a cup of crystal light, or string cheese or deli meat or sf popcicle.  It gets the urge over with and I'm back in control and most days I account for the up to 150 evening snack calories.

Never be embarrassed, just be mindful and accounted for and try to problem solve.  That's what I find this board is for!!

I've really noticed that my weight loss has slowed way down since I crossed the 6 month mark.  I've added in a ton of physical activity, but it doesn't seem to be picking back up.  Guess my honeymoon is over.

LND - 3 oz Filet Mignon, 1/2c baked sweet potato, 1/2c edamame

B - Jay Robb protien shake

L - 3 oz Seared Ahi, spinach salad, no dressing

D - Shrimp, 1/2c WW Cheese Tortellini, 1 tbs marinara

I also have a golean roll protien bar as a snack, but I haven't felt like eating it yet today

Michele,

I am so glad you decided to play the game. I just you to know that your honeymoon is not over!! Your body is just catching up with all your weight loss, just remember when your not losing weight you are losing inches..What better to weigh less or be in a smaller size? For me I'll pick the smaller size! Good luck and thanks for playing today, hopefully you will come and play tomorrow too.

Well, I have my appointment on Friday and I am hoping to get a surgery date.  I have all my tests done except the Nutritional quiz and my psych eval. which I am taking on Friday. I am supposed to lose 10% of my weight before surgery and I am about 1/2 there.  So, I am starving myself this week.  Acturally I have been for awhile.  It has taken me about 4 months to lose 16 pounds.  So I am hoping they don't hold me to the 10%. 

So today so far I have only had 4 small celery sticks with garden vegetable cream cheese.  For dinner I will have some roast beef and green beans and later I will have my protein shake.  I really am not hugry, but the roast beef is smelling pretty good.
