Good Morning All!  Well, Mr. Scale informed me that I am up 1.5 pounds!  I am not happy about this but I know exactly why.  I've been grazing for the past 5 days for some reason so today I took myself back to basics and am having a protien shake for breakfast, yogurt and string cheese for lunch and don't know what dinner will bring.

I am in a much better mood today. I've been so pissed at the old man for the past 2 days that I haven't been getting rest.  So last night, I gave myself a lecture, shook it off, rendered forgiveness and moved on.  The money we would have spent going to Palm Springs will now be allocated to my trip to Clear Lake and shopping with my friend Tammy. 

I will, however, start working on a trip down that area.  I want Disneyland!  I want Janine's mural.  I want, I want, I want.  Geeze, I'm beginning to sound like a toddler!!!! Gimmmmmme!

Off to work.  Lots of paper here!  Rhonda - be nice to those pants and they'll be nice to you.  It was such nice weather here the past few days I went out looking for a pair of shorts as I just don't have any at all.  Well, there's lots of swimsuits in the stores (ok, JCPenney has the swimsuit display right next to the winter coats - does that make sense?) but not very many shorts.  I bought one pair of blue plaid elastic waist for $12 at Penneys.  They're cute and a size Large!!!!!!  Wow!

So your not coming to the country music thing?  :(  Ok then you have to come to Disneyland then.  You can crash at my house, that will save a ton on hotel stuff.  You decide when and we shall do it.l

I was going to try and coordinated it with my son Alex (he has a Silver Disney card and gets in free along with 3 friends).  Yes, I am using him and damn proud of it!  My little pea brain is thinking we might fly in from SF and get picked up at the airport or something like that.    Still working on it.    Just got over being mad at the old man, so..........

What were you mad at the old man for?  What did he do this time?  That is what I say to my husband all the time, what did you do now!  lol.  Let me know.  I can pick you up at the airport either LAX or Ontario, (really close) or O.C. and you can stay here if you wish not a problem.  I would love to hang out at Disney with you.  We could get a whole OH group together if we know ahead of time.  I have a free ticket for me so i am good to get in.  Lets work on it.  Talk to you later.  Rhonda

Pants are doing great still hanging on the treadmill.  (I have not used my treadmill but once as I may have broken my foot.  Dr. is waiting for the xray people to contact them with the diagnosis.  I will keep you posted.

Old man was being a selfish self centered me-only-matters I-want-what-I-want-when-I-want unappreciative bald-headed moron.  Basically, he was just being a man and I wasn't having none of it.  I have an infinite measure of patience, but for a hiccup in time I ran out.  It happens.

I'll let you know how the plan shapes up.  An OH outing to Disneyland!!!!!

I'm down 1.5 pounds, which means in the past two weeks I've lost the three pounds I had gained.  Still plugging along.  I'm just so close to the 150's I can't stand it. 

Gotta leave for my Micro class now.

I am the same as last week. Need to exercise more and thank goodness there are no more Super Bowls until next year!!!!

Good morning Cali friends! I am happy to announce I am down another 7 lbs. this week. I have noticed such a tremendous difference since I have been working out 5 days a week. If you would have told me a year ago that I would be getting up at 4:30 a.m. to go to the gym I would have never believed it, but here I am 4 weeks into it and am actually starting to like it and look forward to it. I know I won't be losing this much every week, but I am going to enjoy it while it lasts!!! I think I am doing great eating, but getting in my water every day is a chore!! I still crave diet pepsi.....badly! I have even been sneaking drinks out of my families cups. Hopefully I can conquer this one day!! Well, have a great week everyone!!!!
