Exercise:  taking a break

I've been on a grazing frenzie the last few days so I smacked myself around, gave myself a stern lecture and took myself back to basics.

Breakfast - Protein Shake & a string cheese
Snack - 6 almonds
Lunch - Yogurt, string cheese and a sf jello
Snack - ?
Dinner - Taco goulash (taco meat, red kidney beans, corn and cheese

Water - working on my 3rd 33oz bottle
Vitamins - 1/2 in
Exercise - nope, not today.  I'm gonna go get a FULL BODY MASSAGE!!!!!  Yeah Baby!

Good Afternoon Ms. Shell,

First off, Thank you for your support yesterday. I really needed that. I decided that everything I eat is because I have chosen to put it in my mouth. Well I am not going to let all my hard work go.

Early morning: 1c Hood

B: protein bar

S: nothing..woohoo!!

L: string cheese, turkey meat & cottage cheese

S: maybe a little yogurt

D: baked pork w/salad

S: maybe a sf popsicle

Vitamins: on track
Water: 24 ozs so far
Exercise: I will do some walking tonight

that's right...some days are just "better" then others!!  Just don't let them turn into DAYS you know =)

So let's talk about hood.  It's my NEW favorite milk...OMG and with my click or just a cup it's delicious =)

I love, love the choc hood..OMG!! It's like having choc milk with all the nasty sugars!! Even my b/f loves it. I had to tell him to stop drinking the whole half gallon and save a little for me..lol It's so funny, everytime I find something new and different that is good for me, he always seems to eat it all...lol..hmmm He is "normal"..leave my food alone..lol

I haven't tried the click, yet. But it sure sounds like you love it.

LND: Went to my Mom's - pasta shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta.  I focused on the stuffing, salad.

LNS: SmartPop 100 calorie pack
B: Coffee and protein shake (made with Hood chocolate milk, designer whey french vanilla protein powder, shot of SF DaVinci banana syrup, ice - and blend away)
S: 1 "pie" laughing cow low fat cheese
L: Eat-Rite Wrap (Nevada Rapp & Roll) - 220 calories, 40 grams protein, 5 carbs
D: not sure - going out.

W: working on it
E: not tonight

I tried a protein shake at Miss Bobbie's today!  Yum.  I had the Banana Strawberry and Harley had the PeanutButter Chocolate.  Mine was good, but NEXT TIME i'm getting what he had!  It was like drinking a Reese's for 150 calories, 5 carbs and 25 grams of protein.
