Good Morning All!  I'm thinking a SoCal Trip is in the works for me.  Still trying to meld it into my schedule, but working on it!  I need a Mickey Mouse fix!

I went and got a full body massage yesterday and OMG she worked the shoulders something fierce.  She beat me up but I knew I had 3 nasty gnarly knots (say that three times really fast!) in my shoulder and ............ owie!  Oh, and the knot in my left BUTT cheek got worked on too.  I don't think that monster is ever going to go!

Saturday I am headed over to our mall where they're having a health fair and the barriatric unit is having a booth.  Before and after pictures and I'm one of the featured patients!  So, they want me to come hang out at the booth for a while in my skinny jeans!  Ok, I can do that.

Off to work for me.  I left yesterday and all my work was sorted out neatly in piles and when I came in today it was like someone rummaged through them and left a nasty mess.  Grrrrr.

Oh, and I won my fight with the City of Redding and am getting a new Greenwaste can and they're not going to charge me!.  Long story short I lost a wheel on my can and wanted a new wheel.  The greenwaste can used to be the trash can and there was a small hole burned in the side of it near the bottom of it when I moved in.  City of Redding wouldn't replace the wheel they said they had to replace the whole can and charge me $65.  Excuse me?  I've been using this &$#()$%* can this way for 10 years and you want to charge me for a new can because the previous owner had burned a hole in it.  They contacted the previous owners who said they did not put the hole there and neither did their renters.  So the chick down there said that since the previous owner works for the City of Redding (police officer) and their renters were police officers and they stated that there wasn't a hole in the can they were going to charge me.  I asked the lady........ so basically you're calling me a liar.  Because I"m not a police officer I'm a liar.  I was totally offended and basically told her to hang onto her hat because I'm taking this one all the way up the ladder and to the City Council if I had to.  I pay my bills on time, I pay my taxes, I am an upstanding citizen of this city and have never been arrested.  But this chick says I'm lying. 
I won.  Got a message on my cell phone yesterday from her saying she talked with her supervisor and they will be delivering a new greenwaste can for us and will not be charging me.  Good because I was about to have them pick up the damn can and I was just not going to recycle my greenwaste.  I hated to do that, but if they're going to be ******** about it, .......

Just a quick font and fly this morning.  I am going to try to go back to work today. If the back starts giving me fits I'm turning around and coming back home to take drugs.  I can't drive and take them.

Good morning Janine and everyone,

Thanks for the kind and encouraging words everyone. I have my final doctor visit with Dr. Suh today at 2:00 pm and pre-register at the hospital at 3:30. Just trying to get everything prepared for the sleepless night after taking that Magnisum Citrate and the exitment of tomorrow. My wife finally broke down last night and was upset and crying for hours so that was real hard to deal with.

Anyway, I will try to keep everyone updated with the progress tomorrow but I am still waiting for that Murphy guy to show up again..........He always seems to about now.

Good Morning Janine & cali friends,

Thanks for the shout out. WoW! I have the scariest night last night. I got home from work, cooked dinner & was doing the dishes when suddenly my chest started hurting & my heart was beating fast. So I went a layed down, fell asleep & when I woke I felt better. About 15 mins later my chest was hurting worse. It was so painful, I went to the other room & was telling my B/F when suddenly I got really weak & clamy. Needless to say I had him call 911. So here I was in my crapiest comfy clothes, no bra in my kitchen when 5 hot firemen show up..DANG!!! Why does that always happen. Well it turns out, they had to give me 2 sprays of that nitrogen to help the pain. I went to the ER and they said I didn't have a heart attack...Thank God! But I must have had some type of muscle spasm. Boy, my chest doesn't hurt this morning but its just a little sore. I am just so thankful I lost so much weight. This really could have turned out worse if I was heavier and having heart problems. Well I am off to my see my Dr. Right now.
