It's ALMOST Friday and that means birthday party #2 and I can't wait!!  Oh and then Saturday I'm heading to Palm Springs to see Janine's amazing mural and THEN Saturday night while it's not MY birthday party, it'll be my party #3!!  Can I just say this MONTH is so all about ME ME ME which is why I wanted to see Janine's mural...I'm nuts yall!!

B:  SF Maple Oatmeal; 1/2 cup Hood milk
S:  Carb Masters Yogurt
S:  1/2 apple danish (that's fruit right??)
L:  1 cup turkey chili
S:  Nectar Roadside Lemonade; Pink Lemonade All-Bran Mix
D:  Mongolian Chicken (maybe)

Water:  9 cups and counting
Exercise:  ummm yeah I REALLY will do something tonight (wink wink)
Vitamins:  Multi; Calcium w/D; Hair Regime

What's up with all of the partying did I miss a memo?

B: piece of chicken breading removed and 1/2 biscuit (queasy tummy only made it worse).
S: Carb Master yogurt
L: taco salad w/ salsa
S:???
D:??? maybe some 12 bean soup unless I go home to find mommmie has cooked something.

Girl let's just say I renamed the month Shelluary!  I'm doing WAY to much and loving every minute of it, cause last year I was 3 months out and NOT my wonderful self.  So this year I plan on burning the candle at ALL ends and the middle, lol!

Hey birthday party girl...

Here's the scoop...

LND: Panera - Chicken Tortilla Soup, and the insides of 1/2 a chicken sandwich (and a few bites of bread)
LNS: I plead the fifth - but, I think M&M's and pretzels were involved.
B: Coffee and protein shake (Hood, Designer Whey Protein)
S: 1 "pie" of low fat laughing cow cheese, some TJ's soy crips
L: Eat-Rite "Quatro" pizza (215 calories, 24 grams protein, 5 carbs)
D: Going to a friends - not sure?  Well, I am sure it will include wine, though.
