I can't either although I created a lil bit of drama for myself but that's how mutha has to do it sometime.

B: egg scramble w/spinach and artichoke
S: 1/4 of trailmix bagel w/lf cream cheese and 1/2 an apple
L: piece of chicken w/1/2 biscuit
S: low carb vanilla slim fast
D: pizza and salad (mostly salad for me more pizza for mom)

water: doing well lots of potty runs
vitamins: on track
Exercise: getting my groove on tonight
