happy birthday diane have a good one.. not much going on with me today.. i just have to clean a bit .. so i'm just sitting here having a hot cup of tea and watching to boob tube... i love my dvr... well that's it for me .. i hope everyone has a great day and take those vitamins..

Pick on me for the piggie stink all you want................ but after a bit of work grinding, seasoning and packaging, I have a freezer full of meat that my pouchie loves and is lean, not full of hormones and preservatives and is healthy for me!  Plus all the fresh air and exercise I get and I'm getting healthy!

Not much here today.  I had to go buy goodies for the all-hands- meeting this morning and brought in a bunch of fruit, cheese, some mini bagels and low-fat cream cheese and only 18 muffins.  If they wanted a bunch of crap to eat then they should have sent someone out to buy the stuff that doesn't give a crud what they eat.  They send me - they're gonna get healthy foods!!!!   (BTW - for the first time ever, ALL the food I bought is gone!!!  All the string cheese, all the fruit and all the bagels and the cream cheese containers have been licked clean).

I'm off to work.  The paper's backing up on me already.  I sure hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Can I just say that as much as I LOVE the rain...I'm tired...especially since it messed up my weekend plans AND it's going to still rain again this weekend on more weekend plans!!  Such is the life of a February birthday girl.  Although I don't remember this much rain in a LONG time!!

Cali- I went to my wls support group last night and my group leader had given me 3 pairs of mules.  How cool is that?

Happy Birthday Diane and Happy belated birthday Kim.

Well I started back my water aerobics last night and froze my a@@ off.  The pool is out door and is suppose to be heated at 82.  After a little while I warmed up and finished the class but as soon as it was over I high tailed to the hot tub.

When I got home, I got a nice surprise to find my grandson had come to visit me.  He is turning 5 this month and has the cutest personality.

Diane, Huge happy birthday wishes for you! I can't get over how many of us on the CAli board are Feburary born!!! Mine will be here in 16 days., and my grand daughters is the day after.
I have been working like a fool all day Getting the house cleaned up, doing things like wasing curtains things that I just haven't felt like doing until the last week or two.

Happy Late Tuesday eveing all...I've been gone for 4 days...spent these last few days by the beach in Oceanside with my BFF galpal and her Mom.  We had such a good time, I did some firsts..I walked on a pier...walked on the sand for only the 5th time in 26 yrs, I was swarmed by seagulls suspended in the air on a very windy Monday afternoon,(I was terrified!) as I tried to feed them crackers and I witnessed the power of the ocean all day long for 4 days...wow!  magnificent.  I loved the walking..plus my friend's condo has 3 levels to walk up..I got my exercise!  I could walk the beach and pier for hours. It was unbearably cold, but I kept at it..lol  PLUS, I saw the mountains around Hemet /Moreno Valley area for the first time in my life...oh my gosh..what a mafgnificent view!!!  Pearly glisting WHITE!  It all ended  too soon.  I hope to go back again when an invitation arises.  We three gals had sooo much fun...and not a care in the world except the normal "fix it list" of things that needed to be caught up on at the property.
Back to real life!!   Happy days to everybody and good wishes to those in need...
