Vitamins:  Multi Vitamin; 1200mg Calcium Citrate; Hair Regime ~ On target
Exercise:  30 minutes treadmill tonight!!

I'm a day late but I can tell you about yesterday.

B: l/f cottage cheese and half of a pear
S: carb master peach yogurt w/ almonds
L: salad - turkey havarti pickles onion tomatoes cauliflower and f/f ranch
S: 1/2 necterine and organic trail mix
D: jumbalaya
S: l/f cottage cheese and lite peaches
