I am having surgery on 3.3.09 YaY! But I would like to know which websites are the best to order protein samples...I heard it's best not to stock-up on anything till after the RNY because what we like now we might not like later...

We all have different tastes. I reccommend going to my website and there are a list of places that carry protein drinks and powders also vitamins. Protein powder samples can be found on most of the sites. Hope you find it helpful. bariatriclinks.com

I ordered a BUNCH from www.vitalady.com. They come in little individual baggies that are labeled with nutritional information.

 My favorite is Unjury,, www.unjury.com but by far in my opinion, if you like Banana flavor,, Chike Nutrition has a good one! And, they also have samples.. their other flavors are good too.
