I can't believe it's 2 days until MY birthday.  Of course ever since my mother passed in December 06 my birthday is bitter sweet cause I know I won't receive that Midnight call wanting to be the first to wish me Happy Birthday.  Perhaps I will one day have a daughter that I can share that moment on her special day with.

B:  Boiled egg; small peach
S:  1/2 Slim Fast Low Carb Chocolate with my coffee
L:  3oz tuna pouch; Boiled Egg; Salad; Tomato
S:  Remaining salad from lunch
S:  1/2 SF Low Carb w/coffee
D:  3oz talapia; cole slaw

Water:  8 cups
Exercise:  I'll working on it
Vitamins:  Multi; 1200mg Cal Citrate; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Regime ~ on target

Hey there almost birthday girl.

B: vanilla protein drink - traders joes brand
S: l/f cottage and orange segments
L: turkey sand on ciabatta - same stuff as yester days salad
S:??? eating lunch now
D: roast and zuccini

water: need to load up
vit: taking now
exercise: may be taking the day off back is hurting bad but will see after I get home
