Once again Janine you have outdone yourself with the shout out...you are the bomb for sure....

Well I am now Drain free - WOO HOO.....Dr Lee took out the last drain yesterday and says I am doing great but to continue to take it easy....I will.....but its hard.  I do know that when I do something like go to the Dr then maybe stop at the store or something I get tired really quick....is this normal?  I am guessing that it is.  But all in all I feel GREAT.  I am tired of the binder but thats ok....I am determined to do everything the Dr says and follow all of the rules to a tee.

So I was happy to see we had a great weight loss for the week...thats awesome...us cali peeps rock don't we?

Ok well time to go finish reading the paper and pick up a little bit around here.  I have a house cleaner coming this afternoon to get this place in order.....

Hey I'm still here.  Just been working crazy around the house.  Doug and I started a planter a couple of weeks ago, went back to home depot to get more stuff and it was a discontinued item, so yesterday ran to Rialto to get what I needed, they only had 100 more, bought some plants, came home cleaned the upstairs, OMG what a mess my dad's room was.  I ended up cleaning out his drawers and folding everything.  He was going to throw out all his socks and get new ones because he didn't pair them, well he has enough socks for over a month.  No reason to buy any.  Then shampooed carpets, planted flowers outside, have no idea what I even ate yesterday, That was it for me then, my back is pissed at me.  Today my sister and niece are coming over, but with the rain I don't know for sure.  I have some paint that I will be retouching some of the house with today, just busy.  Next week is already filling up. 

Had a wonderful birthday evening.  Doug bought me a really nice ring, well actually it was from Vicki, and he got me a jewerlry box.  Of course I got nothing on my list that I had complied for 8 months now.  I tried to make it easy for him, but he makes it complicated for himself.  Geesh men!  Of course the best birthday gift of all is the diamond watch my dad gave me that belonged to my mom.  It's not only beautiful but it is something I will cherish forever, not a day goes by that I don't miss her.  It will be 4 years next month since she passed.

Ok off to finish off the laundry already, then I need to get myself looking decent to get myself out to Walmart.  My dang car died yesterday, it's a loose battery connection, some really nice man let me us his jumper cables and get my car started.  I wouldn't let him do anything he was all dressed nice and pretty and I was in jeans.  I have a feeling he may have been a doctor, nice car and clothing, and I was in Loma Linda.  Anyway, Doug got me fixed last night so I am out finishing what I should have done yesterday.

Whew I am tired already from all this writing.

How about we just plan to meet for lunch or something one day, it's not like I didn't drive to Rialto for 20 years for work.  Just let me know when and where and I will be there.

Good Morning Janine and Cali,
I hope the weather is semi-decent today.  I hate being stuck inside with a bunch of energetic 4 year olds.  Today I weigh 80 pounds less than I did my senior year of high school 6 1/2 years ago.  That's crazy to me.  Oh, and I will be having surgery in April.  I finally got told that I was #16 on the list at Kaiser.  So, hopefully it's at the beginning of April.  I found out that I have enough sick time to take the whole month of April off.  So, that's super exciting.  I was stressing out about being off work and not getting paid.

Good morning....I'm having my morning coffee in hopes that it rains today. I love the rain especially when it hits the glass of my office window.

I have tomorrow and Monday off so I'll be spending this evening with friends  and have a great time!  Anna and I are suppose to go to Sea World this Saturday so I hope the rain does not scare us away.

Hi everyone,

What a nice way for everyone to get to know one another and keep in touch.  I wish I had thought to check it out earlier.  I've been hoping to get to know some of the Southern California people, was not sure how.

I am also drinking coffee, and trying to finish up in time to take the new puppy to the vet.  A teenager found her in a trash dumpster a few days ago and saved her from drowning in there because of the heavy rains we were having.  He took the dog home, bathed it, and brought it into the doctors office where his mom worked.  My husband, amazingly, brought the dog home for me.  So now we go to the vet with a dog we have no history on.  I hope the vet can shed some light, at least on what type of dog and age. 

I hope to get to know all of you better.

As always Janine, YOU are the shout out QUEEN and it is so appreciated.  I know you told me, but I just wanted to say it again =) 

I'm hoping it really rains TODAY and not this weekend as that'll mean more plans that will go off and be derailed.  Hopefully it won't rain tomorrow and I can take my trip to California Adventure for my birthday =)  We'll see...

Well off to get some work done.  I get to get on my scale this weekend, but either way I'm sitting PRETTY in my size 16's (finally) and large/medium tops!!  Boy when I get plastics and my curves are even BETTER then they are now...I'm gonna be extra dangerous =)
